Terrible service, no tracking, no product, no refund...

I placed an order on 12th December, it's now the 2nd of February and it still hasn't arrived.

After chasing them and being told twice that "it will be here within a week" - still nothing. Refund requested and their response was "We can issue a refund and you pay once the order received if this is fine please?".... In what world is this acceptable?

I just want my money back. Avoid this company.

Sorry that I didn`t see this rate before. It`s 9 days gone since I paid my order. No order, no tracking number. Bad experience.

IT IS A SCAM!

I had the exact same experience as listed underneath by someone else.
It stated the item was dispatched with no tracking details!
They haven't sent the item and the company is hard to trace too. I found they're called health reaction, vitamins uk and feel the difference?!!!
Also, only one name is on emails when replying called Jay. The phone number just rings out and no one answers. This is a scam! Wish I'd have read this before placing an order.

I am going to trading standards and putting a claim in with my bank.

I have NEVER had this issue with any company. This isn't a legitimate website guys. DONT PURCHASE FROM ANY OF THE ABOVE NAMED BUSINESSES AS THEY'RE THE SAME DODGY PEOPLE!!!
They say the item is being dispatched the ens of the week. Its just fraud so I'm going though the legal route now.

They have no morals, this was to help a skin cancer. I need this resolved!!

Terrible company waited weeks for the product and it is fake/counterfeit.

Avoid! infact run. If it indeed arrive its probally fake.

Do not order on this website. ITS A SCAM.
They never send the items
They’re always bull..it sayig that “it’s arriving next week”

Place my order 20 November 203 and now it is 10 January 2024 and nothing, order is confirmed and it looks realistic enough but would never go near them again.
I did send two emails and just got told the order is being processed.

Would give 0 stars if I could, absolute scammers. My order never arrived and when I contacted the scam like email address they replied with the same thing every time “sorry for the delay, orders will be shipped next week”.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

After 3 weeks of waiting no sign of item being delivered at all. Wish I read the reviews before ordering. Although they have replied to first email, they said it will be dispatched soon, but still nothing. Very dissapointed, was supposed to be a chrismas presant

Ordered perfume 18 Nov 2023. Weeks passed with no sign of it. Promised it would be with me by the end of the week - it wasn't. 18 Dec 2023 was told it was out of stock - other perfume offered instead!

Very competitive pricing and excellent customer service. I bought some beauty products on 25 December and today its been delivered. Happy!

Ordered 50ml of Goutal perfume and almost immediately told me it was out of stock but they have stock delivery on Monday. When Monday came I was emailed early to say that they would send 100ml at no extra charge to myself it arrived 4 days later. Seems like a good company to me. Quick and easy communication.

Am comandat în 16 dec un produs,banii mi s-au retras din cont,iar comanda nu am primit-o.
Le-am trimis un email,mi-au răspuns ca nu au produsul respectiv în cont și pot comanda altceva asemănător. Le-am răspuns ca nu doresc un alt produs ,ci sa îmi dea banii înapoi,dar din păcate nu i-am primit nici în acest moment,tot așteptând.
Îmi pare rău că nu am verificat recenziile înainte de a comanda.
Dragilor nu mai comandați pe saitul lor ca veți rămâne și fără bani dar și fără produsele care sunteți interesați.

Placed an order on 10th December but thought it hadn’t been processed as I received no confirmation or any other communication but my credit card was charged by them.
I then received an e mail from royal mail advising my parcel was out for delivery.
It was delivered today and the box was empty except for the invoice.
I have e mailed the company today for a refunds but don’t hold out much hope.

I ordered item in August and still not received anything.

The rapid delivery of this .l received this on Saturday for one of my birds has a bad skin and was recommended this .So thankful for the help..So a big thankyou .

Worst worst worst company ever, placed my order its been 5 weeks now still waiting. They would lure one with low prices and show 3 working days for delivery once you made purchase then keep waiting untill you giveup. Anyone scammed by them please report this company to trading standards to blacklist them.

I placed an order on the 7th November and still the item has not arrived. I have requested a refund several times and the responses are the order is delayed coming from another warehouse be with you early next week. Alas still not arrived. Tracking states its been shipped no tracking info provided. I emailed and request refund again and if not processed willbe taking matter further. Don't waste your time ordering because it never will arrive

The worst possible service, been waiting for five weeks and they took half of my order out. Dissapointing.
