Don't listen to their lies of when delivery is expected! They really haven't a "scooby doo" what they're doing!

Keep away bad scammers don’t sent products or refund you

Ordered 3x Mehaz nail clippers which on the website was showing ‘in stock’. Email received saying initially 2 in stock and one alternative offer. Then went on to saying none in stock. When requested refund for a purchase that they didn’t complete, I received a reply ‘will refund’ ‘Will offer free samples on additional purchase’! Now more than 2 weeks on no product nor refund! BEWARE!!! Bank statement shows’feel the difference’ as reference to the company. BEWARE!!!

Elemis Musclease oil finally arrived weeks later and after chasing with scant replies in broken English. BUT a few things weren’t right with the product. Firstly on looking at production date on Elemis website it was manufactured 04/2024 with a shelf life of 12m makes it out of date. I checked because there was no seal on the bottle, no cellophane packaging and the box was tatty. Asked for refund and got one line reply saying good for years and not out of date product. Not happy I’ll be chatting to PayPal

Goods never arrive. I sent several emails and Jay, the owner just says goods will arrive "next week" - but they never do. And he keeps promising week after week goods will arrive and they dont.
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE, THE THEY THIEVES AND SCAMMERS, THE GOODS NEVER ARRIVE.

I placed an order on Health Reaction UK's website at the end of July and hadn't received my order as of the 6th October. Each time I emailed the company I was promised the goods would be with me shortly. At first I believed the Company and kept giving them more time. Eventually they advised that the goods weren't available and would I accept other products of a similar value that were in stock. I
confirmed this was okay assuming the order would now be posted, however I still hadn't received the order over three weeks later so I contacted Trading Standards via an online form provided by the Citizens Advice Bureau. I advised the Trader of this and they immediately confirmed the goods would be sent via tracked post. I received the order today, finally! My advice to other customers is to advise the Trader that you will contact Trading Standards as they have violated the Trading Standards act of 2015, and hopefully this will make them post the goods out. I will never buy from this company again

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY BUYER BEWARE !!! Ordered godminster cheddar cheese 200g x6 cost £31.76 on 16th april only to be told after they took my money it was out of stock been asking repeatedly for a refund so far nothing NOT HAPPY 🤬

Day 28 of nagging and emailing repeatedly FINALLY got my money refunded

Order placed in Feb! Chased in March, promised it would be delivered out the next week with a freebie! Still no order! Chased again today to say stock won’t be available until May!! Stay clear of this company!!

This company is absolutely terrible.
I’m beyond furious. I ordered in early April, and after almost three weeks, I have received NOTHING. Every time I message, they lie and promise it will arrive “this week,” and still nothing. I’m tired of the endless excuses. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company. Save yourself the stress, do not waste your time or money here they are a scam!!!!!!!

They offered to replace my out of stock item with a random item after I purchased my healthy gummies and I needed a full refund cuz obviously is not related to the thing I needed and they straight up ghosted me

I wouldn’t put anything past this company in terms of the level to which they’re willing to stoop… If they could take pocket money from an orphan or sell their own grandmother, I am sure they would do it.

I have to admit I read these bad reviews after ordering.It took ages for my item to be dispatched.They did email me back to be fair,but as the first email was poor English it made me question if they were legit.So took advice and told this company I was going going to take it further then my order appeared as if by magic.Yes I was genuinely concerned but item did appear.Thankfully not a gift as it was boxed and it was in poor condition

Ordered frozen sour cherries 2 weeks ago.
Have had to chase up twice to ask where order is. Response is that they're sending it.
Once I asked for a refund, now they are claiming they cannot be responsible for the condition on arrival.

I ordered Life Extension, Melatonin, 3 mg and Life Extension, Two-Per-Day, Multivitamin on 27. Feb. our doctor suggested those supplements for my husband because he is in long term treatment. And they delivered 12.March , we waited 13 days. When delivered Melatonin was missing and I email them,they told me out off stock after 13 days.
since then I am trying to get my money back but they don't want to pay . I read their refund policy, they must pay . be careful if you want to shop from them

Product out of stock, delays in refund. 2 weeks this has been going on with empty promises refund has been processed. Would not recommend this site.

I ordered a spreadable cream from allnutriton for more than a week, the website says "many in stock" I send them an email to see when it will arrive and they reply that they don't have it and that they will send me something else instead.. I replied nicely that I don't want anything else and to send me my money back. Days pass and nothing.... the most unserious!! I don't recommend this site!

An appalling customer care - ordered tea, took weeks to arrive. No communication, order was incomplete. Just phoned them..the last box is on its way...apparently.
