Great service, in particular from Zed. He went above and beyond to help me source a medication that is not regularly held. Great communication, service and honesty about pricing and I felt informed and without feeling pressured to go with the service. Wouldn't hesitate to use again, thank you.
From start to finish the service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful and kept us in the loop throughout the process. They made the journey seamless and we were reluctant to join healthnest pharmacy at first but they really took care or everything and since joining we have had no issues with our medicine and delivery. They literally handle it all.
Everything about them made my experience great. They’re so helpful, staff is very kind, they are supportive and they take the time to explain things and help people. I honestly cannot recommend and thank them enough. It was the best decision I ever made to switch to them.
Really impressed with how straightforward the whole process was. The NHS service was easy to use, everything was clearly explained, and my request was dealt with quickly. Communication was also very good, and I always knew what was happening. The service made the whole process much easier and more convenient than I expected. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a simple and reliable online pharmacy service.
