From the initial phone call enquiry, they were very open and informative giving me cost of bariatric surgeries etc, they did not try to coerce me to go for a more extensive surgery as I had previously experienced. The pre & postoperative care I received was excellent, my surgeon Mr. Kaseem was so patient explaining everything from start to finish and what to expect afterwards. I have been followed up weekly by Healthier Weight staff. The Bariatric Nurse has arrange for my band fill. Healthier Weight also has an App and that is fantastic helps with meal planning, food diary, exercise and you can clear up any queries you have. I would recommend
Healthier Weight to anyone who was looking to have any type of Bariatric procedure.

I had my Gastric Sleeve surgery in July and it was an uneventful and straightforward. Since then I’ve had full support from Healthier Weight including nutrition advice

I received all the information I needed to make the decision to go ahead confidently. The pre and post op care was amazing. The app is also really handy .

I can not fault the dr and the surgeon and all staff at healthier weight after care been brill heather been amazing only concern had was hospital was dirty and poor service but this was spire not healthier weight dr Singhal made me pain free after lots of issues with band and issues with a defill he was very helpful lost 8kg in 4 week and feel fab

Had a gastric sleeve at spire healthcare on the 2nd of august 2023, couldn’t fault the hospital at all , very attentive staff, nothing too much trouble , I’ve since had regular check ins with healthier weight , would definitely recommend

I went to Burcot Hall Hospital where I had Dr Rishi Singhal and his team perform a Gastric Sleeve on myself. The surgery team were amazing and did an amazing job on my keyhole surgery from start to finish.
The Hospital was clean, I had everything I needed for my stay. The nurses team were outstanding, absolutely amazing. The care, understanding, friendliness from the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was well looked after and my stay was comfortable.
I can't fault Healthier Weight at all from the first consultation all the way through to my operation (Key hole surgery) to my immediate aftercare and phonecalls with more aftercare to come as I'm coming to the end of my 5th week since surgery. Amazing Team. I would highly recommend Healthier Weight with Dr Singhal and his amazing team/nurses team.

I started at 20 stone and I’m down 2 stone 11lbs since my pre op 6 weeks ago and feel healthy, happy and full of positive thoughts for the future.

The reason I did not give 5 stars was due to the fact all communication,appointments & calls had to be made between the hours of 9-5pm Mon- Fri !
I work & found this very stressful.
Emails, questionnaires , Zoom meetings with various clinicians all had to be actioned by a certain time on a certain day.

Just the best experience you will ever have with healthier weight!!! I was so nervous using them and parting with such a lot of money and wasn’t to sure if they were the best people but after seeing the NHS also use this company for weight loss surgery it put my mind at ease and it was the best decision I made!!!!Always a phone call away if needed and always on time to have a catch up with progress…worth every penny and the staff are the loveliest bunch you could ask for!!! Thank you healthier weight for giving me confidence and going from a size 24 to a 10 in 9 months!!!!!!!

The experience was excellent from start to finish. Pre op I was fully informed re the procedure and what was required of me before the op, any questions were answered fully and all staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The hospital was superb the consultant and anaesthetist put me at ease and the nursing staff were attentive and super friendly they were a credit to the hospital. Post op i have used the app to ask questions which were answered almost immediately and again the staff I have spoken to during my post op calls have been excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I had been thinking of surgery for quite a while and was worried about the whole process as it’s not a little thing, it’s life changing operation so making the right choices are important. I looked at various companies and decided to go with HW because I liked the way they conducted themselves , they were very efficient and the packages offered suited me.
Well, I’m so glad I did, the whole team have been just amazing, they have organised everything from start to finish , they have been with me every step of the way, provided me with all the information I needed pre op and post op, I am called regularly by the bariateic team to check up on my well being or answer any questions I have and on top of that they have provided me with a fabulous online app where I can access all the information I need to help me with meal planning , week by week food guidance , recipes, exercise, and much much more.
They build a relationship with you from the first call and make you feel so at ease and very relaxed, nothing is too much trouble, they have given me excellent customer service. I couldn’t have done this journey without them and even though I still have a way to go yet before I reach my target I know I have all the support I need whenever I need it to help me get there.
They are a very kind and caring company.
