A really great service
9 months post op and I’m so grateful to Ms Singhal and the team at Solihull for giving me my life back and for the ongoing support from Healthier Weight for the great after care service. Everyone is so helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

Fantastic experience, and couldn't find one fault. From the initial consultation, to the pre op to after care, the team are fantastic. Mr Singhal was exceptional and his passion shines through. The healthier weight team are so friendly, welcoming and dedicated to ensuring you have a positive experience. Couldn't praise this company enough and wouldn't hesitate to go back for procedures in the future. My pre Op nurse at Burcot hospital was lovely and came and saw me the next day to see how I was. Exceptional service.

Wonderful aftercare
Healthier weight is the only company I have been to there Aftercare is way better than the last time
If out of 10 I would have to give 9½
I receive calls to make sure I am recovering ok
I had a previous procedure back in 2019 and never received the aftercare as much as I have now
I would recommend Healthier Weight to anyone looking recomdations

Bariatric procedure
There were just a couple of things that could have been done differently, the consultation, we were only given a days notice, and after giving information about my wife’s Dementia, we were kept waiting on the day of the op for three and a half hours, everything else was great and the op was a complete success.

Straightforward process, great surgeon. Only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because the communication between HW and the hospital needs to improve. There was conflicting info depending on who I spoke to. Otherwise all good.

Fantastic from start to finish and then above and beyond
I had a gastric bypass op 10 years ago. I contacted the customer care/advice for reassurance about stomached pains (unrelated to op) and was impressed how they are still there for me with support and advice. Thank you Healthier Weight

Healthier Weight-Gastric Band Surgery
From the initial phone call enquiry, they were very open and informative giving me cost of bariatric surgeries etc, they did not try to coerce me to go for a more extensive surgery as I had previously experienced. The pre & postoperative care I received was excellent, my surgeon Mr. Kaseem was so patient explaining everything from start to finish and what to expect afterwards. I have been followed up weekly by Healthier Weight staff. The Bariatric Nurse has arrange for my band fill. Healthier Weight also has an App and that is fantastic helps with meal planning, food diary, exercise and you can clear up any queries you have. I would recommend
Healthier Weight to anyone who was looking to have any type of Bariatric procedure.
