Steven was incredibly knowledgeable regarding the various health plans offered by Covered California. He made navigating health insurance pleasurable and was super supportive in exploring options and choosing a plan that fit my family’s needs. His upbeat energy, patience and kindness were definitely noted and appreciated.

I've had to call Covered California a few times now, and I continue to have a great experience with their customer experience team. Steven was helpful and patient, walking me through my different options and why prices were what they were. It made what is usually a very stressful situation easier to deal with.
