This is my first foray into any kind of skin treatment but they were thorough, super friendly and explained everything and answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable and the treatment was excellent. Very happy!

I saw Hannah for my Hydra facial, I found her to be welcoming and explained what she was doing during the process. I like that Hannah took the time to check that the products felt ok upon application.
I'd also like to acknowledge, the detail and time she took to explain the ZO medical range that I would begin using- really helpful to know what half a gram of cream looks like.

I have known Dr Tailor and the team for some years now and have had many different treatments all of which show great results. They are always 100% honest about expectations which is refreshing.

I am not a pampering person being more results driven so the Hydrafacial is perfect for me. It is quite quick and the results are amazing every time. Their laser hair removal system is not painful in the slightest and again the results fabulous.

I was sceptical about the ZO products at first and they are not the cheapest but my skin has never looked so good.

Friendly and welcoming staff, the clinic was clean and tidy. The doctor was a little abrasive but she could of been having an off day.

A lovely friendly team who are honest with you and make the treatments as pleasant as possible. The zo products are excellent and the treatments I have tried have been successful and have improved the way my skin looks and feels.

I’m 23 and I noticed early stage hair loss and wanted to act on it soon to avoid any baldness. I did some research online into the topic and heard about PRP therapy. Unfortunately, there were no clinics providing such a treatment where I live, so I started looking in Surrey and London and found health + aesthetics in Farnham at the end. It felt comforting that there is a real doctor and not a beauty therapist delivering such treatments and I had more trust in her.
I found it easy to book my consultation and appointments and my first impression was great. The website was slick and informative, had videos and proper information about my treatment. The clinic was easy to find and when I entered it seemed so clean and pristine. At the beginning, I felt embarrassed about my problem but everyone was professional and kind from the receptionist to the doctor, that my embarrassment just vanished.
So, I had a PRP therapy for the first time with RioBlush (for free offered by Dr Tailor, which was a nice touch). RioBlush felt bubbly and PRP was a bit scratchy but not too painful and it’s only for a couple of minutes anyway. Within a week or so, my hairline started to thicken up so I was absolutely blown away by the quick turnaround. Then I went back to the clinic for repeat treatments a couple of times and the outcome has been great.
If I had to summarise the overall experience in one word it would definitely be professionalism. Everything was immaculate, neat and clean which is really important if you think about injections and chances for cross-infections in general.
I would definitely recommend the clinic to anyone who shares my situation in being ‘folliclely-challenged’  All in all, I’m more confident and have a peace of mind that I don’t have to worry about this for a long time.

Trust is extremely important when you are considering having "help" with a real or perceived physical issue, this includes aesthetics. At the clinic I was seen by Dr. Tailor. She was welcoming, charming, professional and non-judgemental. I felt completely comfortable with her, and the advice she gave me. I recently started laser hair removal. I was greeted by friendly and extremely knowledgable staff who advised me of the procedure, performed a thorough risk assessment to ensure the treatment was right for me. I was advised the treatment was painless and quick to perform. After my first session I was amazed as to how painless the treatment really was, it took less then 1 hour to complete from the time I walked in. I started to see results after 1 session and I am feeling very positive about the end result. I would highly recommend Health & Aesthetics to anyone thinking of this type of treatment.
