Extra step means a lot.
Needed a quick same day pick up for a new product to surprise a person I care about a lot. I was too late for that by about an hour, still decided to message the support on Facebook explaining the situation. They promised to do their best to try and make it happen. By end of work day received a message that my order is ready and could come pick up. Wonderful! Thanks again.

Amazing
Amazing. The product helps me to calm down during the period of global anxiety.
I was concerned when the product arrived because it wasn't all like liquid, but then the consultant explained to me that it is normal. However, they wanted to make sure I was satisfied and sent me the same product for free and added a piece of chocolate which was very cute and thoughtful.

The drops were very transparent and…
The drops were very transparent and havent made any influence on mood and/or sleep. The granules at the bottom accounts around 1/3rd of the bottle, which means i get less product.
I am quite disappointed the value for money i received

The granules that formed are crystals of CBD - it is a common reaction of products with high concentration of CBD. Usually, heating and blending the product a little bit helps to resolve it.

By your Reference Number we see that you tried out 5% CBD oil. Its' effect is mild, due to low concentration of CBD, it is usually used by people who do not need to deal with bigger problems.
To reach the desired effected you could try: use CBD after a meal, increase the dose, try it for at least 2 weeks.

The company does a great job with…
The company does a great job with production, packaging and delivery of the product. Sadly, the product has 0 effect. Maybe as a placebo, for some, it could make some difference, but I felt no effect whatsoever, although I did get more than 1 bottle and consumed them increasing doses for a few months. I was very disappointed. The product is expensive.
