I haven't received my order yet
I haven't received my order yet and can't access the tracking details because they require an account login, which I find unnecessary. I attempted to create an account but it seems I already have one. However, when trying to reset my password, I didn't receive the reset link despite three attempts. I've sent an email for help, but since the order was shipped 6 days ago and I lack shipment information, I'm concerned it might have been returned to the sender. The processes should be more transparent and user-friendly.

Its got to be the best eye brow mascara Ive ever bought to be honest, no dark heavy sploges as if someone has stuck false eye brows on you just light airy and completely natural, its just unbelievable !..I will never go to a salon to get my eye brows dyed again which at £15 to £20 a time will save me a fortune !

This is a great brow waterproof pen. Lasts for hours in mist and rain. Was fed up of coming back home after a wet day with no brows ) as I have fair brows) but this has done the trick.
