Kerry and the team handled all the maintenance issues extremely well, of which there were a many. Tenants were found and vetted quickly, and moved in with no issues.
Kerry informed me of progress, every step of the way and advised when necessary. Having previously used another agent to rent this property I am so very glad I chose Holden & Copley to take it over. The whole team went above and beyond my expectations, and all staff were very happy to help in every way, which was greatly appreciated. Well done everyone and thank you.
