It would be better though if you could save your work to come back to it. As a person with dyslexia it is difficult to take in and ingest in one long evening.
On another positive note the course has made me feel more confident and proficient on the subject

As a doctor with 30 years experience I can firmly say this the best experience I have had! Absolutely fantastic training modules. I did all the basics plus the virtual ALS:- which was very efficient! Highly recommended.

I posted the mankin on 05/02 after I had the virtual BLS on 04/02 .
Ms Hudson my instructor said once we receive the equipment will send you certificate.
Then I receive threatening letter from you that you did not receive the equipment.
then I receive E mail to do theortical BLS ! I did it which include BLS /AED/CHOCKING just now , are you going to give me another certificate ? because the certificate you giving me is about virtual BLS.

My experience with my training tutor…
My experience with my training tutor David was excellent, he made the training session both enjoyable and educating. We were treated with utmost respect and we had free refreshments to lighten the mood. We were also given the opportunity to practice, we were not rushed. Overall it’s one hundred percent good

I was told my certificate will be ready…
I was told my certificate will be ready within 24 hours of completing my practical training on the 1st of February 2026, but i haven't received my certificate till now even after doing the required online training. I have been going back and forth with the direct training academy via email because of my physical training certificate.

For Care Certificate training, a standalone certificate is not issued following the practical session alone. The Care Certificate is completed in two parts: the training and knowledge element, which we deliver, and the workplace observations, which must be completed and signed off by the employer.
Once the required training and online learning have been completed and passed, a Care Certificate Workbook is issued. This confirms the training undertaken and is provided to the employer, who is responsible for completing the practical observations and formally signing off the Care Certificate.
