If I could give more stars I would
If I could give more stars I would. After ordering on the website I received a phone call informing me that unfortunately the item was no longer available (no longer made) however they went beyond expectations and found something that would work for me.

their customer service is great
I sent a message to ask when my kit would be delivered and a member of staff called me on a Saturday to say if I didn't want the free gift (which they were waiting for) then she would send it in the post straight away, which she did.

You have received tracking information today that says it will be delivered tomorrow - please think twice before leaving such bad scores for businesses when there isn't a complaint. Great pricing and range of products
Great pricing and range of products. Customer service was really efficient and answered my questions promptly. Item was shipped as soon as I paid and delivered by 9am the next day!

I ordered a couple of fleece jackets and they arrived bang on time as stated. The quality is excellent and they are exceptional value for money.
I was so impressed that I checked what other products you dealt in and have just ordered some fire blankets and extinguishers (I hope I never have a need to use them).
I also had occasion to discuss a couple of things with Viki, she is a lovely person, very helpful and a credit to your team.
I will certainly recommend your company and products to others.

Excellent Service
Went over and above to help me receive the parcel on a very short-term basis! They even upgraded the shipping for free (I managed to receive it before a flight to another country on a next-day basis)
