The parts were posted quickly and arrived the next day. I had a little trouble with the main O ring but all in all it was nothing that couldn't be overcome. Thanks baby Biker.

Replacement brake switch vs Royal Mail

The replacement brake pressure switch arrived on time. Thank you.

Sadly the first one (incorrect part) took 7 days to arrive albeit sent 48hrs service.
Royal Mail/Parcel Force service can be appalling at times and that needs to be borne in mind when using Courier Services.

The Service from Baby Biker has been very good; thank you.

The part was easy to find , reasonably priced, straight forward to order, arrived in good time and fitted perfectly. What more do you want from a business!

I bought an Oxford v8i heated grips…

I bought an Oxford v8i heated grips control box from Baby-biker. 9 months later it failed so I contacted them. They asked me to return the defective control box and they in turn contacted Oxford and arranged for and sent out a new replacement unit. Customer service is excellent, Kayleigh is very helpful. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Really impressed with this business

Really impressed with this business! The quality of the bike gear is great and the prices are very reasonable. It’s surprisingly hard to find good gear for 7-year-olds, so I was so glad to come across these. Everything fit well and feels durable. On top of that, the welcome discount on the first order was a lovely bonus. Would definitely recommend and will be ordering again! Super fast delivery too!
