our first experience of renting...
We moved into our first home renting with Haybrook’s and after 2 and a half years we moved out, when we had questions they were there to answer them, when issues popped up Haybrook’s worked diligently to ensure they were addressed quickly with little disruptions. I have never rented before and my husband had only rented in London with bad experiences throughout and I’m so glad our first experience of renting together has been so positive. I’d like to thank the team, Katie, Meg & Daniel! You’ve been great!

Terrible customer relations linda came…
Terrible customer relations linda came out valued our house we told her the property we were interested in and she said they would arrange a viewing for us. We havnt heard a single thing since and now the property Is sold STC won’t be using hay brooks again

Not responsive :(
Tried to get several house viewings when buying a property but many weren't responded to at all.
Used the mortgage adviser here also who dodged our calls.

Zoe was always so helpful and polite and cheerful. All my emails were answered and I think megan did a fab job keeping me up to date of what was happening and what I needed to do. Highly recomend haybrooks!

Everyone is always helpful
Everyone is always helpful. Any questions or concerns they are always there to help and do their best.
Megan and Dan in particular have always made everything fuss free and professional. Everyone is friendly. I haven't had any issues.

Very helpful agency
I am very grateful to the Haybrook Rotherham team led by Ken Siddal for being very helpful on every stage of the house sale. They always returned my telefone calls proptly. All staff have been very friendly, professional and efficient. I highly reccomend this agency.

I am sorry I have had to leave the premises that I was renting through Haybrook’s I found them to be a good company to deal with especially Zoey whom I was dealing with throughout the process.
I highly recommend zoey as a good representative for the company as she has gone above all expectations to help me.
