Worst estate agent ever
Worst estate agent ever, I am selling my property through another agent (property perceptive), had more than 8 views and managed to find a buyer in a week, but unfortunately the buyer pulled out after 4 weeks due to their financial situation so my estate agent has to find local agent based in Sheffield, there they made a ultimate wrong choice
1. Haybrook doesn't help in any way finding buyers
2. My estate agent found a buyer but on completion day, Haybrook not even accepting to handover keys to them, this stressed me out a lot as I have to travel to Warrington to complete my new property.
They put on sale board but never seems to work at all.
Such a worst agent to work with, please avoid it at all costs!

Very unprofessional Sheffield Gleadless branch, I don't agree with Receiving hand written Junk suggesting they have a buyer for my house, i have only been in my house a year now as its a new build. Think this tactic is disgusting.
If i wanted to sell my house i would contact you! i will never use this company ever after seeing how they do business

Excellent service
Selling your mum and dads house is ever easy, especially when you live so far away. But Jacob and his team made this such a smooth transaction and really went beyond what could have been expected. My mum and dad are over the moon, and as their son who was responsible for the sale, it went perfectly.

Very unprofessional @ Gleadless branch! All promises at the start but never delivered. All I can say is Charlotte Eyre (mortgage advisor - not part of Haybrook) saved the day for me!! After a painful process they then advised me to use their solicitors Beaumont legal - they should be ashamed of this referral!!!!! They are absolute cowboys. Much better estate agents out there do some research and move on!!!!!

I received a letter from haybrook gleadless branch in Sheffield saying if you are interested in moving home book an appointment with us so we can value your home and talk you through the steps of moving. We are wanting to move into a bigger home now we have children so my wife booked a day off work because they could only get Wednesday mid day. 6pm the day before we get a phone call saying theres been a double booking we need to reschedule...we was slightly annoyed with booking time off work but thought it happens so had to arrange again for a couple of weeks later..That morning two hours before the appointment they phone goes again sorry we need to reschedule...it is very unprofessional I will never use this company again. They obviously think people can waste time and money never again

Just wanted to say a big thank you to the team at Swinton branch, Luke for taking some great photos, Jodi for always been on the other end of the phone and especially Sharon Bennett. Our sale hadn’t been the most straight forward and with the added pressure of Covid. We finally got to completion day, Sharon was keeping us updated and then when things looked like it might not go through without Sharon it probably wouldn’t have so for that we’ll be forever grateful, we’re in our new home now and very happy so thanks again.

Very unprofessional work. Estate agent came out to speak with us and was badmouthing a conveyancing solicitors we are looking into. Very unprofessional to do. Would not recommend.

Shambolic
Well, where to start?!!!
Got In touch with the gleadless branch via their contact pages and via Rightmove/Zoopla. Heard nothing after a week, emailed again, heard nothing, rang up the branch, polite and respectful on the phone, spoke to Tom. Tom said he would relay the message for me to view the property. I heard nothing! I rang Gleadless again, spoke to another man, similar sort of plan, I'll relay your message, again, surprise surprise! Nothing.
I was very interested in this property, so contacted them again via contact form, finally after about 4-5weeks of chasing they phoned and left a voicemail, saying I could view the property. Within 15 minutes, I phoned them back only to be told they had just received an offer on it, unbelievable!!!.
Anyway, being the optimist that I am, I enquired about another property, communication was quite swift this time and an appointment was made for today at 12:30pm, I arrived 5 minutes early and stood outside in 0°c alongside another viewer, no sign of Hayley, paced up and down to keep warm, rang the phone number I had received a message on from haybrooks the previous day, number unknown. Wow! Rang the branch to be told I'd got through to the concierge, he would pass on the message urgently. The other viewer rang the agents to be told Hayley was inside, so he knocked on the door, no response. No-one rang back, Hayley didn't ring, I wondered if she'd been hurt, so I knocked hard on the door and looked through the letterbox, no response, I decided to give her until 12:50 and then I was going. At 12:50pm I left and went home. 45 minutes after my appointment, I got a phone call from the office saying Hayley would phone on her mobile, he asked me how I was, I said cold, he laughed. Hayley phoned, but the line was dreadful, she said she'd been inside until 12:50 when she had to leave due to further appointments. If this was true, why didn't she answer the door? Why didn't she ring her clients and how the hell did she get out of the door and I didn't see her?
I am a very patient and tolerant woman, but my goodness, this service has been absolutely shambolic from start to end.

I was supposed to get paid on the 17th…
I was supposed to get paid on the 17th of December 2020, until now I am still chasing the accounts team to make a payment to me. I've been told numerous of times I will receive a call from the accounts team by the end of the day but I am yet to receive a phone call. The time of the year where people need to get paid the most, I am really disappointed with the services. Unreliable and disappointing.

Katie was always lovely to deal with and always helped when issues arose. Always responded promptly and professionally. Great team at haybrook!
No communication from Katie or landlord…
No communication from Katie or landlord regarding problems that need sorting, two been electrical issues which can't solve ourselves and repairs that just get ignored not had cooker for third week and can't open windows no keys god help us if they where a fire. Call yourself a property manager never rent from haybrooks again.
