I wish I could give 0 stars to this dumb place I ordered an Astroworld hoodie and it had terrible quality and once you send them an email they never respond. The whole place is autistic

No issues so far, ordered from them twice and my order got delivered to me within 10 days.

I ordered in 23 September and i dont get my order and I messaged them nobody responded i messaged to many times . I want my money back

Customer service is non existent. I ordered an Astroworld hoodie from them because the picture on their site shows an embroidered hoodie. When it arrived, the print was smeared and obviously not embroidered. After numerous attempts to contact customer service after I returned my item, they still did not give me a refund. I had to file a claim through Paypal. I feel the “happy customer “ reviews are fake. Save yourself the headache and do not order from them.

The company delivered my order in about 10 days and the quality seemed pretty good for the price since I got it on a sale.

never got my order waited the full ten weeks too, emailed twice. scam website. no refund or nothing ovbiously fake website. lost my money.

If I could give zero stars,I would. The worst customer service. Actually, there is no customer service! I ordered an item and needed to change the size. I emailed customer service, no response. I DM'd them on Instagram and Facebook, no response. You cannot own a store online and not respond to customers!

Horrible customer service! Have been emailing them for a week and still haven’t gotten a response from them. Want to return an Astroworld hoodie and the quality is horrible! It smells like paint and the words on it are blurry. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

I did get my order within 10 days and the hoodie was pretty soft on the inside and print was good quality. Some people shipment probably got lost and calling the store scam is nonsense. This was my fourth order from them and got no issues. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This website is a complete scam. After waiting nearly 3 months for my order and countless emails to their customer service I had to dispute the order through Paypal. Do not buy from this website, save your money.

I see some reviews saying this website is a scam, but they delivered my purchase to me, so I don't know what's up. It took 2 weeks as they said, but when I got my xxxtentacion hoodie, it was very small. I wear size small, but I ordered a size medium and the hoodie is fairly tight. The hood itself is also way too small and doesn't fit at all. All the hoodies I bought from other places are medium and they feel nice and large. The material is very elastic and thin so I'm a little scared of getting holes, but it is incredibly soft and comfortable.

Orginally I ordered the a shirt but the size was too small. Emailed customer service and Jenna replied within 5 minutes and issued a replacement. Obviously I had to return the shirt since it was my mistake but nonetheless overall a great experience and Jenna from customer services rocks. 👍

Got my hoodie within a week and quality is good. Got it for a good price with their sale.

HatVat has me extremely ticked off. I ordered a "Astroworld" hoodie knowing it wasn't going to be the real thing but from the top comment, the hoodie was embroidered. Was it embroidered when I received it? NO! In fact, even the quality of the screen printing was trash and faded looking! I payed 60 USD and got crap. Straight crap. Please do not buy from this company, it is a scam.

BEWARE you won't get your money back - we purchased a medium sized hoodie and when it came it was so small that we decided to return it for a larger size. I have sent 5 emails and have yet to get any response from them. They have no phone number to call so there is no other way to get ahold of them. Obviously all those "happy" customers never wanted to return or exchange anything :(

I have ordered Stranger Things merch & Singapore $107 was charged to my acc on 24th Sept 2018!! No tracking no., I have send nunerous email & never get a reply from them!!! I'm sure going to make a dispute claim!!!

I shop here frequently and they give me good discounts every time. Recommended.

I never write reviews ever , but I dont want anyone wasting their time with this company. I tried contacting them for weeks about my order but they dont reply. All their happy customers are fake comments. What i recomend you guys do is. File a dispute claim to get a charge back and get your money back.
