I seem to have had a similar experience to many. Bought a scarf which arrived damaged. I’ve been trying to return it for a refund for the last 2 months!

Received a scarf/jumper - the fabric was far too loose to be worn any of the ways in the instructions. Have emailed requesting a return 4 times, the website is now showing as ‘new management coming soon’ - where does this leave product returns and consumer rights??? They were perfectly happy to take what was frankly over the odds for the item and now I can neither use it nor return it it seems

Very bad. Scammers do not use!!
I bought a wrap which was OK but not suitable for my daughter. There is no returns note in with the parcel so you have to email them to start a return. Emailed -nothing. Emailed 3 more times nothing to 2 different emails. Nothing!

Paid up front then they cancelled my order and still waiting for refund.
Awful service never use again.

Really poor quality wool, itchy and cheap. The design is dreadful, putting the thing on is nearly impossible despite watching videos on YouTube. If you are above a size ten it feels like your being bound up, they are so small, and it just doesn't sit right, it keeps going gappy or falling down my shoulders.

I bought two of these. One extra long and the other regular. I’d say that unless you’re a child, the sleeves of the regular one will never be more than 3/4 length and unless you are a size 6 the regular length can’t be used in the ways shown in videos. The regular one was a cheaper price and it both looks and feels cheap. The more expensive extra long one feels better and can at least be worn but again, unless you’re a child some of those styles are like a straight jacket with 3/4 length sleeves. I would think twice before spending your money on these! All the videos are most certainly extra long … which isn’t massively long anyway! I am a size 14!

Having written to the company requesting a returns label do I can return these entirely useless item, I received an e mail with an attached label … which was missing! Then I got another email with a returns FORM, informing me that I should pay gif the return myself and suggesting it is sent TRACKED! I’m assuming this is to avoid me then being told it never arrived and no refund was processed! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

I wanted something to keep me warmer as i always run cold. I really like these scarves but for easier wrap around designs, next time i will order extra long (despite being 5ft and a size 12). I hope their social media page post videos on how to style as it is helpful.

Absolutely hate this scarf. It does not manipulate like the how to wear videos and trying to get it to even look put together is q waste of time

Arrived today, speedy delivery (I’m in Uk) lovely scarf that is just the job for cooler days whilst working from home.

I always check trust pilot and was hesitant. I live in Australia and I ordered on a Friday and received in regional Victoria 6 days later. So dont understand negative reviews re delivery. Maybe I was lucky.
I love it. It is a little tricky to put on. I prefer to cross at back and have it across the front. I would say it does not reach wrists more like 3/4 arm but love it and got lots of likes. Yarn is super soft and warm. Love it.
Ps I am small size 12.

My order shipped about 3 weeks later than promised. A month after being shipped, my order still hadn’t arrived, so I reached out to customer service. Thankfully I reached a person who was responsive and quick to reply. They said they’d look into the lost package and if they couldn’t find it, ship replacements. I was clear that I didn’t want this shipped a second time since I live in the subtropics and the cold weather has passed for the year. Communication following this email completely stopped. They refuse to refund my money and sent notice that they shipped replacements, despite a clear request not to and now don’t respond to my emails to them. This is a terrible company for customer service. They just want a quick cash grab. Can’t speak to the quality of the item. For that check other reviews.

I put the scarf on as shown in the directions, but it does not stay on. The sleeves slip down and the middle moves around. I only wore it for a few minutes on a short errand, and now I see that there are a couple of snags in the knit. I don't often return goods, but I was going to return this until I saw that I would have to pay postage to return this to the UK, and then they would decide IF they would refund my money. I don't want to spend any more on this. I am very disappointed.

Although this arrived quite quickly the quality is poor and fabric does not feel nice. I ordered deep red which looked like a pinky red online but is a rust colour I do not like.
Have now applied to return this as no return address given which I find very odd ,while I accept returns are at my expense as that was clear on their website

Nope. They are in britian, so If you live in the USA, don't order from there unless you have a month to kill.

I received my scarf with a huge hole in the middle of it. It's knitted, so it is unraveling. I reached out twice, as per the website, and asked for a replacement. It took a while for them to respond, but they are sending a replacement.

I am very pleased with the quality of the product, the perfect gift. Fast shipping, easy communication with the seller. This is certainly not my last purchase, I recommend it to all those who do not know what to give their mother, sister or friend for a Christmas present.
