Would have been nice from the begining if they had informed me that my order would be shipping from several locations. Was a little worried at first, but everything arrived as ordered.

Luckily I got hat during promo good price but hats came in no hat liner so it was smushed together had to purchase those separately made hats look deformed

Great selection and delivery service. Just wish Hat Club had a discount for military service like other headwear companies. Because most of their hats are more expensive then competitors

I buy a cap from them to Italy, within a week it arrived in perfect condition. I will buy again definitely

Horrible customer service
First time ordering from Hat Club, hat arrived dirty under the brim with poor stitching. I went online to exchange and was only offered a refund minus the return shipping. Emailed them and got an immediate reply that the hat did not qualify as defective. I
expressed my dissatisfaction with this and was told to send the hat back and a "specialist" will review the hat but if they conclude it is not defective I'm still on the hook for the return shipping. For $50 l expect a mint condition cap and if not so be offered the opportunity to exchange it. The all too common can't be bothered
"customer but we don't provide any service" that we are faced with these days.

I doubt that the cap is original. The quality of the fabric feels lousy, the stitching and the labels very poor quality.

Terrible Customer Service
I have been a longtime customer of Hat Club, purchasing several hats from them and have never had an issue over the years.
However, with my most recent purchase the cap I received does not meet quality control standards. The visor/brim is visibly misaligned to the centre of the cap. I have emailed Hat Club's customer services on several occasions and they do not seem to understand that the Hat is defected. In addition to the $25.00 international shipping I had to pay for the defected item, they want to charge me a restocking fee to return it and seem to have no interest in providing me with a replacement, which is all I am asking for.
Sadly, I will on longer be purchasing anything from Hat Club due to my recent unsatisfactory experience. If you are an international customer like myself, please reconsider your buying options elsewhere.
