Luckily I got hat during promo good price but hats came in no hat liner so it was smushed together had to purchase those separately made hats look deformed

Online order had some stains
One hat has stains on the inside. Kinda of disappointed it wasn't inspected thoroughly before being shipped.

I ordered a Braves city connect hat…
I ordered a Braves city connect hat (fitted) the first time around, and it came as an adjustable; I decided to keep it anyway, and gave it to my grandson. Ordered again and came within a week, but the size I ordered did not fit. This is the size I wear, so something is different in their sizes. I decided to return this one and get a bigger size, but it sold out, so I proceeded to get a refund, bought it for $47, and they charge 6.99 for the return. Somehow, I'm only getting back $33, this company absolutely is the worst! Will go back to MLB for future orders, safer.
