Harvey Norman Naas Staff Fantastic 👏
Harvey Norman Naas staff handled the delivery of our new mattress and collection of our old one very professionally. We got plenty of notice in advance and the delivery arrived on time in the good-looking Harvey Norman van. The delivery guys were amazing, really helpful and very careful around furniture and doors.

We had a great experience today . We were looking for a mattress. We me Ken who was very helpful. He made the experience actually. Wealth of knowledge with some banter thrown in. We left happy with our purchase and a smile on our faces from talking to Ken . A Gentleman .

In order to receive my goods I was informed that I needed to have identification to receive my goods
I had travelled 45 minutes to the nearest store. This information should have been given to me in the initial email not in the final one.

Francis displayed professional sales skills by calling me to say the phone I ordered was out of stock and would take weeks to restock. He offered me the same model but in a different colour, which was available to collect 30 minutes later.

Came to say a special thanks to manager Stephen in Harvey Norman, Naas for his help.
I bought a Dyson fan which was faulty at purchase and sent to Dyson for repairs, but was damaged by DPD on returning it from the repair centre. Dyson have ignored me and I was unable to get a resolution, so contacted the store and Stephen was absolutley terrific.
