She was incredibly helpful, friendly, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to assist me. It was honestly some of the best customer service I have ever received.

He is not only the nicest person ever, he is kind, efficient, professional and a man of his word! He is the man you are looking when buying furniture. He is taking away all the stress and he is so reliable and he will go above and beyond for you! He is a 10 out of 10 employee and he deserves all the praise in the world. The delivery was two hours late
The delivery was two hours late. We could not contact the driver and had to make a number of calls to customer service to find out if the applicance was going to be delivered or not that day. It would make things a lot easier If the driver could ring people to let them know there is a delay. We were not Informed by Harvey Norman that it was a third party delivering our new appliance and that they do not take away any packaging, that also means that a packaged item has to be signed for without being able to inspect it to make sure it is the correct item or if there is any damage.
