Have bought many items in HN over the years but never had to use a warranty query so did no know what to expect. Staff member in Limerick who handled a warranty stick vaccum issue did so with great professionalism and was more than helpful. Great experience.

Amazing effort to bring dryer into house install and remove old one

Very poor service from Harvey Norman Limerick.

We bought six appliances last Friday and were promised fast delivery. There are signs in the appliance department advertising next-day delivery, but in reality we have now been waiting for a week with no confirmed delivery.

Delivery was promised for Wednesday, then cancelled, and since then we are being given excuses every day. The store keeps blaming the delivery company instead of taking responsibility and giving us a clear answer.

Very disappointing experience. Helpful when selling, but extremely poor after payment. I would not recommend this store.

My order of an oven was not delivered last Friday. No body rang me to say it would not be delivered. I took a day off work to stay at home.

A week has passed and I had to ring HM to see where my order was. Still waiting for a return call.
Customer servie is a joke. I am sorry i purchased form them.

I came in for the 2nd time to exchange my OpenFit Pro2+ earphones. They had not been working correctly, and the service from Zaid was exemplary.
He checked the earphones with me, seeing if he could help, and once he found they were defective, offered me €180 back. I am usually impressed by the staff and policies at Harvey Norman, so I decided to use the credit towards a set of Sony XM6 earbuds. And they are marvelous!

Quick delivery and connection of the oven. Removed old oven an all packaging. Great service.

Great experience going into store in Limerick. Staff were so kind and helpful. Treated us as if we were royalty. My purchase is beautiful a riser recliner chair. It's of great quality and so comfortable. It was delivered to my home on Wednesday last and the two guys were courteous and kind they assembled the chair for us and took away all the wrapping etc. Harvey Norman's shopping is definitely a 5 star experience.

I received delivery of a double bed today from Harvey Norman but the bed was not assembled.
The driver informed me that I only had standard delivery and assembly was extra. He couldn't assemble for me even though I was willing to pay him, as he didn't have time yo do it.
I was never advised of this by the sales staff and would have chosen to have my furniture assembled if I had been given the option.
Now I have been left with a bed that can't currently be used as it comes in various pieces and that I can't assemble as I have back issues.

I am a complete technical Luddite making me a challenging customer. I went to gather information about a sim operated miden to provide WiFi in my home. Muhammed, who assisted me, was able to explain everything about it, recommended a service provider, sort out the contract and get me on the road in Warp Speed!
I installed it myself following his clear instructions and I'M ON LINE! ☆☆☆☆☆
