Their delivery service is very bad
Their delivery service is very bad. On delivery day I got the message the item wasn't in stock which was scheduled a month ago.

Not a bad word to say about the delivery service. I got plenty on notice for the time of delivery. The two lads were bang on. Even offered to move my old fridge out to my garage.

Delivery
Delivery notified for Saturday between 8.00 and 18.00, received a phone call from Dublin after 2.00 pm on Saturday to say due to delivery crew not turning up for work delivery was being moved to following Monday.
I had spoken with Limerick branch staff member who said they had the mattress in Limerick store and I understood that delivery was being made by Limerick crew and I was up at 7.45 am on Saturday morning to move old mattress downstairs in order to expedite the delivery crew's time.

Don't buy any electric bed from…
Don't buy any electric bed from there,you will be in trouble.we really fed up,I am speechless,no words.how much we suffered with the electric bed which we bought,it never works.
We informed the shop, repairer came,not resolved.
Now they want me to pay extra to get another same kind of bed,
I don't know how will I solve,the bed was very heavy,we hold it for many time to help repairer,tired now.

POOR SERVICE
I had ordered a different bed and was originally informed that it was on back order, then i get a call to say it’s actually out of stock. SO WHY SELL IN THE FIRST ONE ON THE WEBSITE?!? then they deliver the bed and the mattress is no where to be seen! they tell the person who signed for the delivery that it was out of stock and then i find out it was never shipped from the warehouse, i have now been left for over a week with no bed because of their poor coordination and service. i also am still waiting for parts of my delivery that could’ve been sent by dpd. i am extremely disappointed and will most likely never shop for furniture again with Harvey Norman.
