Ordered online and received an email to confirm the order and within an hour a second email saying it was ready to collect. Very easy to deal with.

Amy and daryl went above and beyond for me today. Printing labels onto photos to save me a drive onto the town to find an office centre. Also a return item not bought from your store, daryl went on to mention how the store had the same stock just under a different name with all the same features i needed. Absolute lovely lad, very pleasant and knows his gadgets.

Easy to deal with. Transaction done in confidence. Few minutes after ordering online I received a call from customer service confirming my order and delivery date. Communicated well in terms of delivery date. Delivery people were great too. Hassle free and highly recommend HN in Drogheda!

Ordered multiple products from Harvey…
Ordered multiple products from Harvey Norman over the years and great customer service.
In one instance ordered a ex display phone that had the sim tray missing and sorted out immediately with new tray shipped the next day.
Last order was a new pixel 9 phone.
Credit where it's due.

Helpful staff…
Usually I get item im looking for however sometimes I need to order it in and that can vary in the time its delivered I waited 6 months on my sofa but only a few days for electrical items. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful.

I ordered a TV from HN for home…
I ordered a TV from HN for home delivery. I still haven't received it. I emailed customer service and got a reply that it was being processed. Yesterday I called the store in Drogheda, and they told me they didn't know when the TV would be in the store. Now I don't know what to do. It's available in other HN stores, but they can't take from another store, like Swords. This was my first purchase from HN and I will never shop there again. I've been waiting for the TV since January 14th; today is January 26th, 2026.

Me and my wife purchase Mila Sofa in Harvey Norman Drogheda. One of their employees Reece welcomed us and entertained our questions with patience, sincerity, and truthfulness. He knows all the details of the products and advises us on what is good and what is best for our house. I was so amazed by his statements, “I was so happy whenever the customer came back here and told me that they are happy and satisfied with their purchase product”. After sales in Harvey Norman was also great, we encountered electrical fault in sofa, after we reported it, they changed all the items within less than a week. We are happy and satisfied with our purchase from Harvey Norman Drogheda. Thank you, Reece and the team.

Ordered phone on line put down my sister to collect . When she went to pick up she was refused . I had sent her screen shot with all details including her name which was sent from Harvey Norman’s . She then had to show her driving license. After a while they gave her the phone .
