Ordered and iPhone 18 pro max on the 18…
Ordered and iPhone 18 pro max on the 18 of September as per advertised in their own website that they would have stock at that stage and is October 3th and no signs of the phone no one at Harvey Norman can tell you when a delivery will arrive to solve for this, only longs, after spending 1600 euros they can’t tell you? It is absolutely insane. While I understand Apple may be the issue here is also the retailer selling these things that needs to step up, push Apple and solve for their customers. It is not the first buy I have done there, it’s one of many, so it’s not like I’m a one off client for Harvey Norman. I think this will be my last buy there anyway…. If I had a clear time frame from the moment of purchase, then it would be different, I would be making the decision right there and then if I am willing to wait or just go and order directly via Apple but from the get go I was told -oh yes we have a phone available here you’ll be getting it today or in the next delivery later today. Setting the wrong expectations from the start doesn’t help either. Now will see when they decide to contact me or how long more they plan to keep clients waiting…

We had a great experience purchasing our TV for our new home. Great Customer Service from Management.
Goran the Manager in The Drogheda branch was extremely helpful in fulfilling my order. There had been some miscommunication about the availability of the computer monitor I had found online but Goran went above and beyond to fix the mistake and I went home very happy and with a great product. Great commitment to Customer care and relationship. I would go out of my way to purchase products from the Drogheda branch based on the care I received even though this branch h is out of my way.
