Today we had a pleasant experience with Abu in the Kinsale road store. Abu was very knowledgeable with the equipment and was very patient with us and we couldn’t have asked for better help.

I went to the store to purchase a house phone e…
I went to the store to purchase a house phone for my dad. So this particular one was online only so I said I will go home sure and order it but thanks. I ordered it not knowing or advised it was for someone def I would imagine . Brought it back to the store the man told me its nothing got to do with them its online I had to send it away myself through dpd. I asked why was I not told this he said we dont have to and I said but if they know this they should have said at the time. He said they dont have to know this. It was the whole manner in the way it was dealt with. My dad a pensioner old and now has to pay to send back a phone so we can get the other one and pay for another one . The woman before me had the same issue . I won't be going here again couldn't help me out.

This was an online order with collection at a local store, following my order I was informed my order would be delayed by 7days.following a 15 day wait I used both the message and contact tabs to enquire.I received no response . I then visited the store , I was looked after a most helpful staff member but I unfortunately couldn’t get my order at that store and needed to travel to another store.I did this but I feel the electronic system let us down by not updating or redirecting the order

Very good communication about order. No issue with delivery. Everyone I spoke to about delivery was friendly and accommodating. Delivery guys on day were lovely.

Arrived at the store to collect my TV…
Arrived at the store to collect my TV only to realise that I received an email while driving too say my order was delayed
Forgot to mention the store assistant was trying to almost persuade me to take a refund and buy elsewhere or at DID as he mentioned.
Then when I collected my TV nobody offered to help me to my car despite me having a walking stick.
I counted 5 staff in the electrical department just standing around.
Then upon leaving with my TV another 3 staff adjacent to the bedding department hanging around chatting.
Did anyone offer to help? Answer NO!
Terrible service and aloof staff!!!!!!!!!

I was told delivery would be on…
I was told delivery would be on Thursday. Thursday morning 8.15 am, I got a call to say they would be with me between 12-2 pm.
Bang on noon they arrived, set everything thing up, removed all packaging and were gone. Exceptional job and friendly too.

Driving around to collect my item:)
Maybe as the whole, this establishment is alright. However, I was not happy with the way they handled one of my orders.
TV was purchased online and it was agreed that will be collected from the warehouse, which is kind of standard process.
However, once I arrived at the warehouse - I was informed that TV was sent to the store. So, I had to turn around and drive to the store to get my item.
I hope representatives from this company will do something about it.. Anyways, it's silly to think that they will or anyone will care. They still be selling their stuff regardless..
So, future customers - brace yourself! This can happen to anyone:) Good day/night to you all!
