Today we had a pleasant experience with Abu in the Kinsale road store. Abu was very knowledgeable with the equipment and was very patient with us and we couldn’t have asked for better help.

Professional and prompt

Customer service isn’t great to be…
Customer service isn’t great to be honest in Kinsale road cork. They were supposed to deliver our TV today and I had to call them to find out what time they were delivering. Firstly dealt with a guy with an attitude when I asked for help. I then got a callback from someone saying they couldn’t deliver today and it would be next week.

The delivery team were great, helpful . However the cooker ended up with scratches on the steel finish and the " customer service " couldn't have been worse

I was able to collect the Product next…
I was able to collect the Product next day . I would have liked to use the option to have it brought to my car as I've mobility issues but this wasn't working on the day for technical reasons. But the pleasant assistant did carry it out for me

Excellent service
Excellent service. Purchased a power bank which was more expensive than another store, explained this to the manager who reimbursed balance of cost immediately. Great store will definitely recommend.

Product delay
After ordering got an email of a week delay. Then no information. Called several times and finally when called after one and half months someone told that product reached the shop but was not processed.

Amazing assistance from staff member
I rang the technology department asking if I ordered a click and collect Nintendo switch 2 could I get it same day, Abu was the name of the man on the phone. He was very informative and went above and beyond to help me get my order today. I really appreciate everything he done for me today and deserves recognition for his great customer service!!!
