Very easy to join the club and get my insurance sorted. Very helpful lady on the phone who helped me upgrade my membership to family. Great product, which have all arrived on time. I couldn’t be happier.
Absolutely rubbish customer service
Absolutely rubbish customer service. This company is only interested in selling their insurance...not resolving your queries when you have a problem. I contacted them to return a pair of leather riding boots as they were too slim in the calf. They advised me they would send a return label in the post which never showed up. When I contacted them again they said I would have to pay for the return as they do not provide free returns. I queried this again given that the information provided initially was incorrect and eventually they agreed to send out a free return label as a 'goodwill gesture'. Two weeks later I called them as I had not received a refund. They asked me for the tracking ID which I did not have as it was a free return label. As I could not provide this information they just said it can take up to 14 days for a refund to go through. They did not ask for any other details or even try to help with my query. Understandably not happy I asked for a manager to call me back. I never received a call. Eventually I got an email. No apology....just a reiteration of the fact that it was up to me to provide a tracking reference. Eventually I received my refund but the experience was so bad that I will never buy anything from this company again. My advice to them would be to employ more honest and professional staff. Management is very poor.

I emailed to say I was unhappy as product was faulty
I emailed to say I was unhappy as I had brought the ultimate grazing muzzle and the stitching had broke my horse had only had it on over night.. My horse has only had 2 muzzle in the last 5 years.
Thank you for your email and for the images provided.
Our product team have reviewed the images and do not believe this to be a fault with the product. Grazing muzzles are designed to provide an element of give for safety reasons and this damage looks to have been caused by an external influence.
As equestrians ourselves we understand how disappointing it can be when a product is damaged so soon into its life span.
As this is not deemed as a fault, we would not be able to support you with a replacement or refund I'm afraid but as a valued customer and due to the damage occurring so soon, we would like to offer you a £10.00 voucher to redeem off a future order.
And also I will NOT be buying from them again

Easy to use and very informative with the use of insurance plan, only problem was with miscommunication, but this was easily resolved.
Past with flying colours
Absolutely over the moon with my new Harry Hall all weather long coat, already been put to the test and passed with flying colours 😀 hours spent outside dog training in the poring rain and i remained dry and warm!! Also everyone comments on how nice it looks. Very happy customer 😀
