Harry Garlick's Clitheroe is a fantastic place to shop for all your electrical needs. I personally have been using them for both purchases and rental appliances for many years now. I can't fault the quality of products and services, and their customer service is always excellent. I highly recommend a visit. 10/10

We have bought several electrical items from Harry Garlick's in Clitheroe over the past few years, even though we live several miles away. The staff are always really helpful and knowledgeable. We need to ensure individual shops like this are kept going.

Purchased a fridge/freezer before Christmas and today bought a small tv from Padiham store. On both occasions served by Riaz. What a lovely, helpful young man - an asset to Harry Garlick's!

Recently purchased a dimplex fire from the Clitheroe store. The whole experience was very satisfying, from the advice offered by Andy to the timely delivery of the fire. Good price obtained as well as extended guarantee.

Andrew the manager was really helpful and explained all the different televisions to us. There was no pressure and no big queues to wait behind. He explained about how a swivel stand would be helpful to us too.

Recent replacement of older model TV and aerial with connection to existing recorder, from the Clitheroe shop. In spite of some initial minor problems which required review, I found the whole experience pleasant, friendly, helpful and patient throughout, with easy to understand explanations and prompt attention to detail.

Harry Garlick honoured a published price for our new TV and worked tirelessly to solve a tricky installation problem. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and amiable.

I visited my local Clitheroe store asking for advice about correct cable I would need and I bought an Audio 3.5mm plug to 2x RCA plug and it does the job perfectly.

We bought a new cooker from their Padiham Store on Monday. It was delivered and installed on Tuesday and the old cooker ws collected today, Thursday. That is what we call good efficient service. It was exactly the same in early January when we bought a new fridge freezer. Good service and they do exactly what hey say they will.

The store was clean and tidy.It was easy to walk round at leisure looking at the displays on show.The salesman Riaz was polite and friendly, not pushy,and gave us some invaluable advice on our next TV purchase. We purchased a new TV at a great price, with delivery and installation within a week.Delighted

Visited the Padiham branch. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, good range of products. Will def use again.

A massive thanks to Andy, who instead of selling me something I didn't need to get my elderly mother's TV working, he instead volunteered his personal service. He immediately drove from the shop to my mothers residence, a short drive from the shop, got the TV up and running in no time, connected other peripherals and showed her how to navigate the controls. It was great to see, that in today's society, there are people like Andy, who go 'Above and Beyond' to help others. Thank you so much Andy from 'Harry Garlick' in Clitheroe.

Visited the Padiham store and made several purchases now, the staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They are not pushy salespeople and will always offer a great deal and excellent after sales assistance.

Customer experience for me was brilliant. The gentleman who dealt with me Riaz from the Padiham shop was very helpful. I was looking to purchase a new oled tv to replace my old one. He had good knowledge of the product and was very helpful and I cannot fault the recommendation since I purchased my new TV. I definitely would recommend Harry Garlick if you are looking to purchase something New and need the correct advice over other competitors who in my experience do not offer the same quality service.
