Harrod Outdoors Recensioni

Delivered with care and the Ginkgo tree was as good as I anticipated.

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Harrod Outdoors. Their range of products is excellent, and the staff are incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, making the entire process seamless from start to finish.

Thanks to their expert guidance, I finally achieved my dream of having beautiful pleached trees in my newly constructed garden, and the results have exceeded my expectations. The delivery arrived exactly as scheduled, and the driver was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful despite having a busy afternoon of deliveries ahead of him.

From the quality of the plants to the outstanding customer service, every aspect of my experience was first-class. I would highly recommend Harrod Outdoors to anyone looking to transform their outdoor space, and I will certainly be returning for future purchases.

A fantastic company that truly cares about its customers.

Excellent Product & Service.
This is the third time I have returned to Harrod Outdoors for my trees. I've just taken delivery of four more London Plane trees (4-5m) and they are healthy specimens which were delivered on the date promised by a driver who was exceedingly helpful. Eddie Minshull

We recently purchased an Arizona Italian Cypress Topiary Bonsai tree online and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The tree arrived healthy, and in excellent condition. The customer service was also great. It’s clear that great care was taken in preparing and shipping the plant. We have already noticed it thriving in our home and would definitely order again. Highly recommended for anyone looking to buy quality plants online!

I ordered over 20 Thuja plants. They were in perfect condition, healthy plants. I asked for a delayed delivery due to holidays and it was delivered when I requested. Good communication with the company and excellent customer service.

Very helpful staff including head office and fab delivery driver!! Trees look lovely and in beautiful condition. Will definitely be using this company again!!

Great communication.
Plants are excellent quality and good price
Arrived well packaged and had been well watered before leaving the site.
Delivery was very prompt
They have all survived since being planted .
Highly recommend

The product was received in good condition and we are pleased with it. The issues were regarding delivery. We waited just over a month for it to arrive despite this company offering fast delivery. Also, there was no communication or explanation about the delayed delivery until we contacted them. It is fine now, but the delay was not as expected and not our experience with other similar suppliers.

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. We weren’t rushed when trying to decide between different options. Prices seemed good and delivery driver was also very helpful.

Would definitely use again!

Very happy with my Red Robins. We were concerned to start with because Royal Mail took more than 7 days to deliver and thought the plants would be in poor condition when they got here. To our surprise, it was very well packed, the plants all looked very healthy. Sizes and heights of plants were very good too. Communication about their processing time etc. were clear and helpful. Definitely recommend this company. It was our first purchasing from them and will continue to buy from them again.

Hugo delivered outstanding customer service but from start to finish and most importantly the Portuguese Laurel Pleach trees that were delivered were of exceptional quality with excellent coverage and great girth.
Would highly recommend.

Excellent from ordering to delivery very helpful in all aspects and very nice plants when delivered

Fantaatic trees supplied by harrods. highly recommended

Our holly bushes were delivered in great condition - bushy plants with substantial stems and large root balls. Very pleased with our purchase.

Sent excellent pleached trees to Derbyshire with their own knowledgable and helpful can driver. Would definitely use Harrod again

Henry was outstanding in his knowledge & helpfulness in guiding us to the right screening plants. He delivered the very tall & heavy shrubs speedily, & negotiated through our garage the rootball plants to our back garden beyond. Three holes had already been dug in readiness for the shrubs, but Henry kindly lifted them into the holes & filled in carefully behind with soil. He was a star & deserves recognition. We will be back & thoroughly recommend Harrod outdoors.

I recently purchased yew lollipop trees and have been a repeat customer for some time the trees, shrubs , are always great quality and the team at Harrods are a pleasure to work with.

Great quality plants - large privet shrub. Arrived in excellent condition. Due to a shipping delay they even sent an extra plant! I would definitely use this company again.
