Excellent customer service resulting in absolutely beautiful flowers being delivered to my home.

I ordered my flowers after a recent holiday to the Isle of Harris to celebrate my sixtieth birthday. I preordered and was sent an email to say my order was on its way within days and i received the most beautifully packaged bouque two days later. Each flower was just exquisite and far reached my expectations even though i knew it was going to be so lifelike. Each one is handmade, Sheena has such a talent. One extremely happy customer 🥰

I am absolutely blown away by Sheena's craft, attention to detail, and the care she takes with everything that she does. I came to Sheena with an idea and she not only created the most beautiful bouquet for my wedding, but she also took time to fully unpack and understand my ideas, which meant that the final product was more amazing that I could ever have imagined. She also went out of her way to make sure that I was able to safely transport my bouquet to New Zealand. It was a pleasure to work with her and I would absolutely recommend the Harris Tweed Florist if you're looking for flowers to last a lifetime.

I first encountered the Harris Tweed Florist whilst on holiday on Harris in 2025 at a craft fair where I purchased some macha flowers, they are so delightful, so while doing some redecorating I decided to purchase some more and I am beyond delighted again.

The flowers are so beautiful and well made. They are very true to the actual machair too. I also like the fact that they are made from Harris Tweed which also gives them a more authentic feel. I first saw the flowers when we were on holiday in Harris 3 years ago. I love the ones I bought and have now bought some for my Mum who was delighted with them.
