From start to finish, we experienced superb service. Natasha was kind and compassionate from the first phone call. We live in Ireland and this made the funeral more difficult than normal. Natasha organised everything so well and all the team showed great kindness and sensitivity. Thank you and we would highly recommend Harrisons funeral directors.

Very professional, respectful and organised. Everything was done as requested and on time. Drivers and pallbearers friendly and professional. I can highly recommend this firm.

We would like to thank you and the team today for your exceptional professionalism shown to us. The funeral of our loved one was outstanding, unfortunately everyone got caught up in traffic and the team were so understanding and accommodating. I cannot praise and recommend Liz and Harrison’s funeral service enough. We are a Greek Cypriot family and they took care of all the traditional burial arrangements and the day could not have gone smoother. Liz is the loveliest kindest person and just the person you need at the most emotional heart breaking time in your life. They took care of mum’s funeral 3 years ago and were fantastic on both occasions. My friend recommended Harrison’s and it was a fantastic decision. After losing my dad very suddenly and unexpectedly I knew that Harrison’s was the funeral home for my dad. We used Harrison’s a few years ago when we lost my nan so they were actually my first port of call. As my dad wasn’t sent straight to the funeral home he was actually at the morgue I was even more upset and worried about what I needed to do and how long things would take. As soon as I spoke to Natasha she instantly put my mind at ease from just a phone call. She explained everything and every detail and step that would happen with my dad. She went ABOVE and beyond for me and my sister to ensure my dad was full looked after on his final journey. She understood the quick time frame we wanted to work with and go everything sorted for us. Nothing was too much of a bother for her. Her and the whole team actually knew of my dad as they had seen him in passing and could share little stories from when they’d seen him which was extremely comforting at such an awful time. Speaking with Natasha and the team I felt like I could sit in there for hours and just talk to them.

The service for my dad’s actual funeral was perfect. They explained everything and we understood what would happen from start to finish! Honestly by the end of my dad’s funeral I felt like the team were a second family. They have made this tremendously difficult time that bit easier. I could write so many things here but I’d be here forever

I truly hope they all get the recognition they deserve.

Also Natasha picked up the perfect celebrant for our service. His name was nick huges and he really took the time to get to know me and my sister and my dad. He spoke lovely words that even my dad would have been happy to listen to. He went above and beyond in helping with the service and we can’t thank him enough either! We would highly recommend him

The team from Harrison were thoroughly professional and easy to deal with every step of the way.
They made my task - a task that no-one wants to have to do - much more bearable than it might otherwise have been.

Recently used Harrison in Enfield for my mums funeral. Never arranged a funeral before, but Natasha made this experience so much easier than I expected. She has been there every step of the way and really took the pressure off us as a bereaved family. Natasha, Max, Liam, Carly and everyone involved, were amazing. At such a difficult time, it was so nice to have people that were very down to earth and who we could relate to. I really felt like I knew these people, especially Natasha. It was a comfort to know that my mum was with her, before and after the cremation. I know mum would’ve loved everyone there, it’s like a home from home! So I really feel like she was in the right place with the right people. Thank you all so much for looking after my mum, and for the amazing support you have given us. You really do feel like friends ❤️

Although Harrison did a competent job with my dad's funeral. They really were not attentive enough. Calls left on answering machine were not returned. Emails unanswered, lots of chasing up required. Lots of excuses given. Still waiting for a reply for an email sent 5 days ago.

This was my first funeral to organise it was very daunting when I walked into Harrison’s I was met by a lovely lady called Liz she was so welcoming professional kind straight away myself and my daughter felt relaxed and comfortable.the organisation of everything from start to finish was all done so effortless and beautiful all relevant information was sent through email or call, everything was covered. The celebrant was amazing. My daughters and I saw my husband in the chapel I was so impressed with the way he was at peace he looked exactly the same just as if he was sleeping which was very comforting for us all.On the day of the funeral the drivers were outstanding the service and communication was impeccable I would definitely recommend this company to everyone

I cannot express enough gratitude for the care and professionalism shown by Harrison Funeral Home during the arrangement and carrying out of my son Paul's funeral. He was only 48 and losing him has been the hardest experience of my life, but the team at Harrison’s made the process as smooth and comforting as it possibly could be.

From the very beginning, Natasha handled the arrangements with warmth and compassion. She guided me through each step, explaining everything clearly and making sure that my son’s service would reflect exactly what we wanted. Her knowledge, empathy and attention to detail helped alleviate much of the stress during such a difficult time.

On the day of the funeral at Enfield Crematorium, Lee was exceptional in leading the arrangements. His calm and composed manner was reassuring, and he made sure everything ran smoothly. Lee’s quiet professionalism ensured that the day went exactly as planned, allowing my family to focus on saying goodbye to my son without worrying about anything else.

A very special mention must go to Roya Collins, the officiant/celebrant, who truly captured the heart of the occasion. Roya struck the perfect balance between solemnity and celebration of my son’s life. She listened carefully to everything we shared about him, and it was as though she had known him personally. The tone was just right —respectful, heartfelt, and uplifting in moments that brought a sense of peace. Many attendees remarked on how beautifully she led the service, and I couldn’t agree more.

The dove release at the end of the funeral was a wonderful touch as well - thank you Lambert's White Dove Release.

I wholeheartedly recommend Harrison Funeral Home for their compassion, expertise, and care. The team, especially Mark, Natasha, Lee, and of course Roya, went above and beyond to honour my son’s memory in the most beautiful way possible. I will always be thankful for the care they provided during this incredibly difficult time.

I spent ages looking for funeral homes before I came across Harrison. I spoke to Liz on the phone and she was very helpful and as we needed the service on a specific date she helped make sure we could have it on that day. When we went up to Winchmore Hill to sign the papers she was very friendly and made a very difficult experience actually quite pleasant. Sadly she did go on holiday after that but the other young lady we dealt with was still very accommodating over the phone as we arranged to send flowers etc. On the day of the service I was very happy with the whole thing. I had given them a list of music which had been passed on to the chapel director with no issues. Then when the cars arrived there were coffin bearers all dressed very smartly and funeral director that I hadn't met before but who was very nice and handed out the order of services for me. Would definitely recommend Harrisons funeral home 100%.

After suddenly having to look for a funeral home to look after my dear Dad it was a worry not knowing anything about where to turn but after reading the positive reviews on trust pilot for our local Harrison’s funeral home we hopefully put his care in their hands. It was such a relief to find we were all so well after by Liz at their Winchmore Hill branch. We were met with calm and compassion and guided through the process with all the support we needed. Would highly recommend their service to anyone at this very difficult time.

I wanted the best treatment for my mum and having chosen Harrison’s know I made the right choice. The staff who collected mum were so professional and respectful. Liz the funeral arranger was so helpful, always contactable and no request seemed a problem and was dealt with efficiently. On the day the funeral was so professional and went like clockwork. It’s left me feeling that mum would have been pleased and approved of all the arrangements made and that gives the whole family comfort.

Liz at Harrison's helped us enormously with my Mum's funeral. At such a difficult time for us she took the worry and stress of organising Mum's funeral away, with her professional, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable customer service. She dealt with the church for us and the printers along with the crematorium. On the actual day Lee and his team were so kind and caring and delivered a truly excellent service.
