I purchased 2 ComfyBras- Beautiful product, so comfortable and soft, awesome service, great to support a NZ company

I bought bra’s that were too small even though I used the size guide provided, I contacted Harper & Willow to advise of my problem and they happily assisted me to solving my situation, very happy with the outcome and looking forward to wearing and experiencing the comforts of these wireless bras, thank you

I needed a bigger size and they were happy to accommodate my request.
I got a quick response, I really appreciate the effort they have gone to to make my shopping simple.

I received the ordered bras as a first time customer, and I am impressed by the quality and comfort of the material and design, though I found that they were a cup size too small. I've emailed and received immediate contact back that they are sending me the next size up, so I am looking forward to receiving them. Great team to deal with! I'll rate them again when I receive them ;)

I ordered shoes in the wrong size and the customer service has been excellent. The best part was for the price if I hadn’t liked them, I wouldn’t bother trying for the right size at all, but I’m actually super super pleased with the quality, look and comfort. One size up and I’ll be sweet.

I ordered bras online (a new brand I hadn't tried before)... product received was good quality but sizing too big. They have offered to replace free of charge. Responded to my email within the 24 hour period as they said they would :-)

I ordered two bras and they arrived in excellent shape rather small hei aha, I dealt with online service which was prompt to my email and replacement is being done no issues!

The bra's arrived in excellent condition and found they were too small. I emailed and dealing with Hazel has been easy and a replacement is on its way.

This company is a scam. They are not a NZ company, they are not registered at the Companies Office and do not have a physical address or phone number on there website. They are a rip off company. The goods come from China and if they are not the correct size which is very likely as the sizing is too small for most people. Then you get the runaround, they will offer you a partial refund and will send a bigger size at a cheaper price. If you insist on a refund, the customer has to pay all the costs, and in most cases the Post Office or couriers will not accept them as they need a verified address. So much for their promise of a 30 day guarantee. Avoid this company completely.

I ordered 4 bras on line and when they arrived they were too small. Hazel at Harper Willow was amazing and sent replacements for me. I had contacted on line and she replied promptly. Great customer service.

The experience I have had with a purchase of a new bra has been nothing more than exceptional. As I have got older my shoulders have sloped even more and I have trouble finding a bra that the shoulder straps dont just slide off. Hazel has been more than patient and has been in touch every day. Bought 4 items from Harper-Willow, thinking products coming from NZ. Took over 3 weeks to arrive and when eventually arrived, items were VERY poor quality and sizing not consistent, despite everything labeled the same size! Contacted company for a refund and have had the run around ever since. After 4 emails asking for a return address as I did not want a 40% refund, they finally gave me an address Went to post and nz post and couriers cannot /will not accept return parcels to China without a verified contact telephone number, so VERY UNHAPPY. Did a reverse search on the address they gave me and it comes up with scam activities linked to this company name and the return address given. Do not get sucked in by this scam outfit.

Harper & Willow provided excellent follow up customer service in this new world of online shopping. I was very impressed with their prompt reply after I found that I had not ordered the correct product for my needs. I was contacted by a very helpful lady in Customer Service to work through my next step.
This company is a breath of fresh air & I highly recommend them.

My experience with customer service person was excellent. Super friendly, understanding with one-on-one speedy replies. I ordered two bras, unfortunately they were too small. No hassle CS offered replacement. Also, I placed another order for pant, dress and cardigan. I found the sizing fit on the pant and dress is on the smallish side. The cardigan is perfect. Overall, speedy delivery, packaged well with excellent communication.

My experience has been typical of all that I love living in New Zealand for. I ordered the incorrect size of bra and exchanging the product has been made so easy even a 77 year old with a broken elbow can do it !!
Also if anyone is debating using these bras don’t hesitate as they are a game changer for comfort and ease of putting on and off.

A great product which arrived very promptly. The bras come in such beautiful colors and made of super soft material. Customer service is first class and I will be a return customer.

Product sent from China, and Asian sizing...way too small for large bra. Shame because they are comfortable, but they keep riding up.

I'm 84 years old and at last I have a comfortable bra, giving me a youthful lift as well which is wonderful. Its so amazing to feel free of wires digging in too. I intend to tell all my family and friends about them.
