Finishing the Sales Samurai workshop with Harmeet has been an incredible transformative experience

As a fitness coach and a gym owner for the past 5 years, I have been doing a decent job in selling my gym memberships and coaching services. I approach sales with the pure intention of service and don't stress on closing. It works fine. But only with a very small set of customers

However, my approach has always given inconsistent results with a wider variety of customers. Which meant poor sales and thus poor business performance. And a lot of frustration not being able to figure out how to handle it. It was like having several pieces of a puzzle missing.
