Just finished a full day workshop on "Goal Setting Mastery" By Harmeet Paa Ji and one wonders why in the world you need to spend a whole day just to learn Goal setting! But boy-o-boy, even being a coach since 14 years, little did I know about PERT charts, little did I have the step-by-step process to achieve goals, little did I know the 4-Major reasons why I didn't achieve many goals and little did I know that a majority of my goals were actually not the ones I truly wanted to chase!
