Extremely disappointing experience – £2,000 paid and no equipment or training received

I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing training or equipment from Harley Street Smiles to be extremely cautious.

Our experience has been nothing short of shocking. Before making payment, we experienced constant pressure to pay, with persistent communication encouraging us to go ahead with the purchase.

However, once payment was made, the level of professionalism and communication changed dramatically.

We have been repeatedly promised that our equipment would arrive “next week”, only for that deadline to pass and another excuse or delay to follow.

Despite paying £2,000, we have still not received any equipment, and we are now being completely ignored.

We have requested a refund, but this has not been resolved either.

What makes this even more concerning is that we were purchasing equipment for a business. If this is how the initial order is handled, how could we possibly trust the company to provide reliable stock and support in the future?

The whole experience has been incredibly frustrating, unprofessional and unacceptable. We are now having to take further steps to recover our money.

I would not recommend this company based on our experience.

Where do I start with this company?
If you can call it a company!! . SCAM seems more appropriate. Kerry was very attentive at first until she took my money. Pushed me to sign on the day as there was a promotion for an extra 15 client packs. WOW
Never hear from her now . She reads my messages and doesn’t respond. How rude!!
After many emails texts and calls, 6 weeks later the half kit arrived, with things missing. 5 gels arrived in plastic bags with no expiry dates on them . Lamp that is not 60wtt as promised. I emailed my concerns and got no response. Weeks after still trying to contact them and still no client packs have arrived. They advertise the client packs in boxes to present to your client but no boxes arrive just jels in butty bags.
🤦‍♀️. They emailed eventually saying there’s another delay to the client packs. we are now 12 weeks on and still no products.
Lucky I paid through a secure payment option and they are retrieving their money back. I have lost hundreds . I have contacted the BBC
Watchdog who are already aware of this company and the small team that is connected to it.
Please please stay away from these scammers.
Watch out for them re launching in a new company name , which I’m sure they have already started .
Nothing would surprise me . 🤦‍♀️

Please don’t fall into the trap I have.

I decided to look into teeth whitening as a side hustle alongside my full-time job. I did my research, invested in the training and kit, and genuinely believed I was dealing with a professional company that would support me in getting my business up and running.

Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

It took a long time for my kit to arrive and, quite honestly, I don’t believe it would have arrived when it did had I not chased repeatedly and, at one point, on a daily basis.

Despite this, I pushed forward. I set up my little business, invested in branding and everything I needed to get started, and I was fortunate enough to have a high demand for the service in my local area. I completed my training, passed and was told I was good to go.

I then paid a further £250 for client packs — the stock I actually need in order to start seeing the clients who have already booked with me.

And this is where things have become completely unacceptable.

I have paid the money, have clients waiting, and yet I am left chasing for the stock I need to operate my business. There appears to be no proper point of contact, communication is extremely poor, and I have repeatedly had to chase for answers. They don’t have any stock.

I have now invested a significant amount of money, time and effort into setting up a business that I was genuinely excited about, only to find myself in a position where I cannot properly operate because I don’t have the stock I have paid for.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I have customers who have booked with me and are now being let down through no fault of my own.

This isn’t just an inconvenience. This is my business and my money.

I expected far better support from a company that is selling training and business opportunities to people who are trusting them to help them get started.

At this point, I feel completely let down and incredibly frustrated by the whole experience.

Think very carefully before handing over your money. I wish I had.

I have to start by saying I wish I had researched reviews before signing up. Especially after I had been previously sold a teeth whitening package that used a method that was illegal to practice in the UK and consequently lost £1000. I Was encouraged by Kerry to sign up, i was promised excellent support from day one, before signing up i was getting immediate replies to my messages, calls answered promptly- even replied out of hours. Till I signed up, then contact started dwindling down. I signed up at the end of May 2006, it took 2 months for my supplies to only arrive at a different address. I was sent the tracking details 2 days prior and flagged that the shipping address was an address in Milton Keynes but the billing address was my address, but I got no reply. Delivery date came and package was delivered to that said address in Milton Keynes. I raised this issue immediately and I was told they were chasing a recall but never provided me with an actual useful update- like where they were at with the recall. Fast forward to now august 26th and despite me writing to them countless of times... not a single reply. Whats worse than their ability to redispach an order is the humiliating way they treat you by ignoring your countless desperate messages and concerns. £1799 is not a small amount of money for one to lose but they dont seem to care about delivering what was promised and believe me they sell you the sun and the moon.
I even gave up behging and asked to be directed to a complaints procedure but that request was ignored too. Even researching a complaints procedure or a HR department or even a higher ranking member of staff is impossible. Im afraid this appears to be another bogus training scheme. Theres no other explanation for the absolutely appalling level of customer service. Im truly disgusted and i hope higher officials see this and restructure their staffing. However from what i have read, im probably going to receive communication to remove this immediately. Wouldn't put anything past them all at this point. Truly disheartening and very disappointed in the lies i was sold. I wish I could upload screen shots of the one sided conversations ive been having with them- because you just couldnt make this shit up! They're interest is only in you till theyve signed you up.

PLEASE don’t waste your money on this company! Read the genuine reviews which is the 1 stars! They take your money and don’t provide your products. They promise you the world and then lie! They have an excuse for everything! I’ve been waiting on the new branded products since 2025!! Complete waste of money. Worst of it all - they called me and bribed me to take my review down which I did on the promise of better customer service. What a LIE!! Please avoid

These people are crooks! Great at selling the course but all lies, over charged me by £800 for course then insisted I get all products on top for a further £1100 then didn’t get machine etc for over a month with various excuses, the products still have not appeared 3 months down the line. They now just ignore everything . I am having to go to court now to get money back. Training is online and awful. Do not spend your money with these crooks

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I paid £1,100 on 14 April and despite being repeatedly told my teeth whitening machine would arrive "next week", I still haven't received it. Every delay has been met with a different explanation, but no tracking information or proof of dispatch has ever been provided.

Communication was excellent until I made payment. After that, getting updates became extremely difficult. Calls often go unanswered once they know why I'm calling, emails go unanswered despite promises of a reply within 24 hours and my request for a refund has been refused.
The company relies on its terms to say you're paying for the online reading material only, while describing the essential equipment as "complimentary". Without the machine, I have been unable to complete the practical part of the course so basically £1,100 down the drain.

My experience has been very disappointing. I would not reccomend to anyone!!

I signed up with the company on 5 March 2026 after being promised ongoing business support, technical assistance, and business leads as part of the package. After making payment, my experience was extremely disappointing.

The goods themselves did not arrive for several weeks, and despite repeated attempts to contact the company by email and other channels, communication became increasingly difficult. More importantly, the ongoing support and leads that were a significant part of the reason I entered into the agreement were not provided.

I raised concerns directly with the company and also with the finance provider, but received little meaningful assistance. As a result, I have been forced to pursue a formal complaint and seek cancellation of the agreement.

My experience has been one of poor communication, unmet promises, and a lack of customer support after payment was taken.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Harley Street Smiles and would encourage prospective customers to carry out thorough due diligence before entering into any agreement with them.

I would I say a massive thankyou to the two lovely ladies that have helped me into my new and exciting career with Harley street smile , Kerry is exceptionally professional in her work and extremely understanding along side another professional lovely lady I couldn’t feel more happier and confident in my new journey cannot wait to start my training and to see what the future holds thanks Harley street smiles 🫶🥰

Avoid at all costs. I signed up to do teeth whitening with them and felt pressured by Kerry into signing up with them over the phone, then staying on the line until the money was paid. I then felt pressured by Trinity into buying aftercare kits at a cost of £590 and almost 2 months after ordering them, they still haven’t arrived. I’ve chased numerous times and either had no response, or a one word ‘hello’ message from Trinity and nothing else. Then I emailed and manager Kirsty offered to send me unbranded kits in meantime, making excuses why the kits I ordered had never arrived. I declined the offer for unbranded kits and asked for a refund. I have since been ghosted. Do NOT sign up to train with this company.

I trained with Harley Street Smiles and had such a great experience. The team are incredibly professional, welcoming, and supportive from start to finish. The training was thorough and easy to follow, and I felt confident going into it. They also continue to offer support after training, which makes a big difference. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get into the industry.

Don’t choose this company , avoid at all cost .i had 2 experiences with this company and i am not having anymore to do with them . They even gave me a call when i gave them a bad review and asked me to delete the review which i did and again they did the same thing . I have ordered 600£ materials from them and i haven’t received them yet .They will find the worst excuses ever.
This is second time that’s happening. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COST .

Extremely welcoming team, made me feel comfortable from the minute I walked in. I have always been a little apprehensive about having my teeth whitened as I have very sensitive teeth, however, Trinity reassured me and the results were amazing! No sensitivity and fast noticeable results, I have had so many compliments and it has really increased my confidence.

Harley street Smile is one the best and most comfortable training processes I’ve ever been through. Would definitely recommend as a uni student they have been so flexible band understanding :)
