If I could give no stars I would! I have pip implants one has ruptured and no one is helping me, after numerous calls emails no response!! It’s absolutely awful the way I have been treated. And the worst thing is they have my money I paid to them in 2017 to have them replaced and now refusing to either give it back to me or use towards replacing the implants. The Wimbledon clinic I was under has now permanently closed which makes sense to why no one was replying to me even though no one let me know this information. All I keep getting told is email customer services which I have done constantly I’ve rang every single day to be told they can’t get through to the Harley street branch so they will email asking as a matter of urgency to contact me and does anyone call me back………NO! I’m sitting here with a 14 year old ruptured pip implant in agony with no help whatsoever. Luckily the amazing nhs have helped by giving me extremely strong antibiotics and giving me X-ray and scans, but have strongly advised I contact Harley medical to have them replaced but I’ve had no luck. What am I supposed to do now? Not to mention I have a rare bloody clotting disorder and my doctor is worried with the non medical grade silicone leaking into my body what effects this would have in my clotting situation. I’ve had no choice but to give a honest bad review as there customer service is absolutely wrong. It’s funny because if you have no problems or want to book in as a new patient they get back to you within hours and book a consultation but not for existing patients with serious complications!

I have recently just had my second liposuction operation with Dr Fasano, to treat lipedema.
I would highly recommend Dr Fasano, as not only is he a great surgeon technically at what he does, he is fair and honest in communicating expectations and results. He also is clear in what is expected to achieve the best results post op. In addition, I have found him to be empathetic, professional and polite throughout the entire process; from my initial consultation to my follow up appointment. This has been incredibly reassuring for me, as I spent a lot of time mulling over whether to have the procedure. But I came back a second time to the same surgeon, precisely because he was professional and made me feel comfortable and confident under his care. An operation is not a thing to take lightly, and I felt safe and secure.
The nursing staff were also incredibly helpful and attentive - a shout out to Jazzmeen, who has always been willing to support me post op, in more ways than one.
I’m still healing and have yet to see the full scale of the post op results, but I’m extremely happy with the results so far. For myself, both operations have been life changing with not only how I look aesthetically in relation to my confidence, but my general well-being and mobility.

I’ve had vaser lipo in 3 areas. I am very pleased with the results and especially with the before and after care. The staff has been very supportive and always a phone call away. Pain relief was outstanding. No pain only discomfort which is totally normal. Dr Leonardo was honest about my expected results. I am very pleased and would definitely recommend him.

I had Vaser lipo with Dr Leonardo and I really wish I had done this procedure sooner. I have been wanting do to this for so long but I was very sceptical until I saw Dr Leonardos before and after photos personally and that really just made me go for it!. The consultation was so detailed and very honest and I was made fully aware of everything before the procedure, Dr Leo defiantly underpromised and over over delivered for me personally. His advice regarding aftercare and lymphatic drain massages were exactly what gave me the perfect result so if you are doing this procedure make sure you do as many lymphatic drain massages as you can to ensure the best and smoothest result!. I cannot recommend Dr Leonardo enough.

I have had a few medical/cosmetic procedures over the years and this was my second with Harley Medical (vaser-liposuction). Of course the surgeons are brilliant at what they do however it really is the care and advice you receive before and after that makes all the difference in prepping yourself prior to your procedure and recovering afterwards. I advise anyone that can access the Maidenhead clinic to go there.

My nurse - Ioana - is truly a little angel. Her knowledge, discretion and human touch surpassed all my expectations. With her I felt safe, in control and reassured in my decisions. Ioana knows how to communicate effectively, put you at ease and was thorough in her understanding of my specific needs - you are treated as an individual which is so important. I genuinely looked forward to seeing her!

Her knowledge of my procedure, the dos and don'ts, the care and skill she was able to provide just made the whole experience more enjoyable - all delivered in an equally balanced professional, genuine and friendly manner.

I feel both lucky and grateful that I managed to find Ioana - like a beacon of light - she is safe pair of hands and the best in class to guide you through your journey. I am now (almost) at the end of my journey and I sincerely wish her nothing but happiness and success in all aspects of life - thank you Ioana! :)

My experience was excellent, Mr El Gammal and Ioana were amazing throughout, I learnt somthing every time I saw Ioana she is full of so much knowledge, highly recommend them both, thankyou so much

My review is a direct review of my nurse Ioana at HMG Maidenhead. She was truly wonderful in every way. So Knowledgeable much more than others in the same job role. She is straight to the point, no nonsense which honestly I loved about her. I have had a less than ideal experience with HMG overall in my recent surgery experience, which I have dealt with separately and Ioana really helped me through the difficulties and corrected other staff members mistakes, she was the silver lining in the cloud which was the admin staff at HMG.

Very happy with the results clinic I went to was Maidenhead from start to finish everything was good the nurse Ioana was amazing she was so helpful and put my mind at ease such a lovely lady

I would recommend Harley Medical to anyone looking to have cosmetic surgery! The staff are incredible and made me feel so taken care of throughout the entire process. Stacey is amazing and so knowledgeable, I felt as though she was just as invested in my happiness and results as I was! I could have gone to a closer clinic but I chose to come back to the Watford clinic for all of my pre op and post op appointments because of how comfortable Georgina made me feel. She always put my mind at ease when it came to questions about the healing process, and was truly attentive and caring.

Due to considerable weight loss, I booked a mastopexy with HMG back in December.
My initial consultation was in October with Inga, who was polite, friendly & informative - answered any questions I had and made me feel very comfortable. Following this I had another consultation booked with my surgeon, and went on to book the surgery in. I’m now two weeks post op and I’m so happy I went with HMG.
My surgeon, Dr Mohsen Gammel, and my nurse Iona, have been wonderful.
Dr Gammel’s work is incredible, I’m not yet fully healed and I can already feel how much happier & more confidence I have. He did a great job so thank you!
Iona has been brilliant too - so informative with pre op & post op care, covering all bases and always available if I had any questions too. At my post op appointments she has been friendly, caring, down to earth & empathetic.
Thank you all so much; if I ever need anything else I’ll definitely return, and have already recommended you to a couple of friends too!

I am now 6 weeks post surgery and just had my 6 week follow up with Dr Fasano .
I am absolutely delighted with my results. The whole process from the start of my first consultation to the day of surgey was absolutely brilliant and seemless.
I was fully informed at all time of the process and prior to my surgery Dr Fasono explained everything to put my mind at rest and on hand for any questions i had .
After surgery i had no pain and minimal brusing .
I cant thank Dr Fasono and the team enough. Its given me so much confidence ahead of summer !.

Firstly in general, HMG is clean and widely recognised group with fantastic results which is why I went with them for a breast reduction in Jan 2022.

I had my initial consultation with Stacey Brova (Brand Surgical Lead), who was excellent. Stacey is lovely and walked me through the process and made me feel at ease and was very relatable. I could always email & call Stacey outside of meetings too and she would help. My nurse Georgina Glenn who was wonderful during the pre & post operation process. Georgina looked after me very well and made sure all my wounds were healing smoothly. I feel so lucky to have had Georgina as my nurse as she made me feel less nervous throughout the journey.

Finally, my surgeon Dr George Samouris was very calm and easy to get along with. He answered all my questions and was extremely professional. George is a wonderful surgeon because my results & recovery have been amazing. I told him what he wanted and he delivered giving me the perfect new reduction. At only 28, I was suffering with back pain and large breasts and wanted this no more. The surgery went smoothly and I was out of the clinic the next day! I feel like a new woman and can now find clothes that fit so easily and love looking in the mirror which I hated before. THANK YOU GEORGE, you are very talented! George also came to see me after my surgery late after his shift to make sure I was doing well. I have recommended him to others. I'd also like to say thank you to the sweet and helpful day & night nurses and my lovely Anaesthetist and team at the London Wellbeck hospital.

This review is severely overdue. I had Vaser Liposuction on my knees and inner thighs with Dr Fasano about 7 months ago now and my results are far better than I could have ever imagined. The process was seamless from start to finish, everyone was so lovely and welcoming, everything was explained in detail and all questions were answered. I would recommend Dr Fasano to anyone! I now feel so much more comfortable in my own skin and I can't thank him enough.

Despite requesting a refund I have simply been told my request is “sat with our Managing Director for approval”. I assume my last minute cancellation (on your behalf) didn’t attract the same high level scrutiny. I am alarmed to now learn that the previous company was dissolved which seems an unscrupulous business practice. Reviews on Trustpilot suggest a recurring theme of stalling complaints and refunds. I intend to complain to the CQC if this isn’t resolved and a full refund made. The business seems to rely on a refund policy which is not only vague but also well beyond the statutory period set out by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Terrible client service.

I feel like I have no choice to leave this bad review, as I have been largely ignored and at no point received a positive response. After such a huge personal investment it is disappointing to have been treated this way.

I had breast augmentation, my surgeon ms Helena Antoniadou was amazing and professional I couldn’t be happier with my results She’s changed my life! I’m now 8 weeks post op, Katy and the nurses at the Leeds clinic was also amazing they was always someone there to answer any questions I had the after care was next to none everyone was amazing from start to finish and I was very well looked after. I would definitely recommend ms Helena antoniadou and the Harley medial group

After a friend recommending, I decided to have Vaser on my stomach & flanks. Obviously nervous at first, I travelled to meet Dr Leonardo Fasano in Nottingham. He was so professional, friendly & I totally felt at ease. I felt he only had my best interests at heart.
The surgery was in Birmingham & although very sore afterwards, which is normal, I had fantastic, 24/7 care on the end of the phone. Everyone is so caring & they always answer your call & follow up. I am only 2 weeks post surgery, but already feel fantastic, & it will only get better!

Dr Leo fasano was fantastic, I had Vaser liposuction around chest area which I was unhappy with for years. Meeting with Leo , I was very nervous, but he explained everything that I needed to know. I would highly recommend, he is the best in the business!
