From my 1st consultation with Dr Leonardo Fasano I had no doubts with my decision. He gives the best advice, with the patient’s best interest in his heart. Trusting Dr Leo with my surgery was the best decision and investment I made. I’m very happy with the results on my flanks and inner thighs, no surprises. I’m delighted to be able to recommend to you Dr Leo (The Harley clinic). I got excellent pre-care, after care treatment and lots of support throughout the treatment.

Please avoid this company and do your research before having such a major operation.
My case is very similar to someone else’s review on here…
I had my Rhinoplasty surgery in June 2019. At my consultation appointment with the surgeon in Birmingham, he stated I could go away and decide if I wanted Rhinoplasty or Septoplasty surgery and let them know. I was then informed by a nurse a few days later I was consulted for Septoplasty (they put implants in to help your breathing but can’t change the shape of your nose) but in that time I had decided I just wanted Rhinoplasty. They said I would need to be re-consulted so it meant I had to take a trip to London to see the surgeon again for me to be able to go ahead with my surgery date which was less than 2 weeks away.

On the day of my surgery it felt very rushed, there was quite a few other people there having surgery as well, felt almost like a conveyor belt. Before I went in for my surgery the surgeon came in to go over the last few things. He mentioned Septoplasty surgery and I had to ask him to come back into the room to check what surgery I was having… he had my old paperwork! Lucky I picked him up on it otherwise I would have had the wrong surgery!

After my surgery I went to my nearest clinic which was Bristol to have my stitches out, she’s left a few in so that evening I was pulling stitches out of my nose.

I did not need re-constructive surgery, I had a hump to my bridge which was caused from a car accident when I was younger. Once I had the plaster off I could see I still had the hump on my bridge. They said it can take up to 2 years for swelling to go down so I thought I would give it some time. I had my after surgery appointment in October 2019 where I mentioned I wasn’t completely satisfied and was told it was swelling but I could still feel there was bone there. I went in to see the Bristol clinic in February 2020 where I was told revision surgery was an option and wasn’t uncommon. I asked how much it would cost to be told it was part of the overall price. I was told to see the surgeon to discuss my concerns, covid then happened so that did not take place until June 2021. At my appointment the surgeon George said I need to have revision surgery as I do still have a hump to my bridge. At this appointment I was told the company went into administration in November 2019 so the package I had was with the old company and if I want revision surgery I would now have to pay for it. Why I was not told about this at my appointment in February 2020?! I also had to wait for it to go to a panel for them to decide if I need revision survey, they agreed I do.

I was messed around from the start with this company from the Bristol clinic to the surgeon. They pride themselves on “founded on care”. I tried to take this higher in October 2021 but have been ignored by the manager of the Bristol clinic and her supervisor. You pay all that money to go private but receive such awful treatment. I wish I had done my research and paid a little extra to go with a better company. I was bullied so bad at school for my nose and finally saved up enough to pay for it to be treated like this.
I will be seeking legal advice.

I had been a size 8/10 until 2012.”
In 2013 I started to gain weight,
Like crazy, it was 5 to 8 kilos per week while working on the NHS in the laboratory department, my friends and family started to worry about me.
One of my Doctors told me that I had an early menopause symptom.
Some of my doctor's friends couldn't figure out what was wrong with me.
I went from 55K to 128-KILOS
By 2014 I was out of breath and feeling so tired; my blood pressure was higher; my cholesterol was high.
I was also diagnosed with diabetes;
For the sake of my health, I started paying for health insurance.
And I started doing all the tests to find out why I was putting on so much weight in a brief period.
Finally, by October 2014, I was diagnosed with an underactive thyroid and fibromyalgia; my doctor prescribed me thyroxine hormone pills to be taken for the rest of my life every morning.
Also, tramadol for my fibromyalgia pain, but this tramadol does make me sick, so I decided to treat my fibromyalgia with meditation and swimming.
I do blood tests every three months to ensure
I am taking the correct amount of thyroxine hormone.
My doctors decided to put me on a strict diet and planned a gastric sleeve surgery for 2019 due to the covid19 pandemic; my doctors rescheduled my gastric sleeve surgery to September 2020,
Following a strict diet and lots of exercises, I managed to have my gastric sleeve in 2020,
I lost a lot of weight after having my gastric sleeve surgery with the help of a personal trainer five days per week.
But there was a lot of fat in some specific areas of my body that weren't going anywhere, no matter how hard I trained in the gym.
By October 2021, I contacted the Harley Street clinic at 6 Harley Street, London, W1G 9PD, UK. Schedule a consultation with

for liposuction in some areas of my body fat that I couldn't lose this fat at the gym.
Thank God I couldn't end up in better hands.

He was very friendly and honest with me.
He explained all the details and gave me some excellent advice.
He also prescribed me a specific medication called Skinade, which I will take for the rest of my life as this medication is so good for my skin, nails and hair,
All my friends ask me if I have done botox;
my hair is shining and getting strong again.
I am a big believer in multivitamins.
But this Skinade multivitamin is working like a miracle on my dry skin, nails and hair.
On November 19/21, I had my liposuction with the doctor “.Leonardo Fasano.”
Everything went very well.”
I had my surgery in the morning,
The fantastic nurses discharged me in the afternoon.
The nurses took good care of me at the hospital; the hospital is friendly and clean.
The food was delicious.
76 days since I had my liposuction with

I am feeling great.
My self-confidence is coming back again.
I wore a dress for Christmas.

I originally went to start the process in May 2021. Unfortunately after this I became unwell. I eventually went back on November 2021 and booked in the surgery for the 28th February 2022. Everything seemed to be going fine.
As I was diagnosed last year with Multiple Sclerosis the surgeon wanted confirmation from my Neurologist that I was ok to have the surgery which my neurologist gave. Despite this 6 weeks pre-op after me setting up annual leave from work, paying out for surgical garments, having to play piggy in the middle between the surgeon and my neurologist the surgeon has cancelled my surgery.
I am quite frankly appalled as the surgeon has given reasons that have no medical backing regarding the MS and despite the specialist saying its fine he is still declining.
Unless you have absolutely no underlining health conditions I wouldn't touch this company. Complete joke.

Dr Fasano has changed my life and given me my confidence back! After lots of research, I found that liposuction would be the best option for me. Dr Fasano advised me what the surgery entailed and the results that could be achieved. Now I am over a month post-op and over the moon with my results. Thanks you Leo!!

I had a consultation at the Sevenoaks clinic with Angel.
If you have any concerns or worries please don't. Angel was an "Angel" gave me the advice and information i needed and advice that was specific for me. No sales tactics involved here. Very professional and will be returning.

I would highly recommend Dr Randhawa he is a specialist in his field and highly experienced, all the advice which was given to me prior to the surgery by Katie helped me significantly with my recovery. After just 2 weeks of my Septo-rhionplasty I was extremely pleased with the appearance of my nose. I was very apprehensive about the surgery, and Dr Randhawa and Katie patiently and calmly reassured me with what to expect. Furthermore, He has surpassed my expectations of what I wanted my nose to look like. He has transformed my nose and given me a natural looking nose.

Booked with Harley medical group for a breast augmentation with the Birmingham clinic. The staff are lovely at the clinic & will try their best to arrange appointments to suit your needs. I’m due to have my surgery next week which is very exciting and I can’t wait to see my results.

Avoid. I’ve been waiting for a refund of an overpayment for nearly 6 weeks. This was due to an error of Harley medicals side pricing and booking my procedure wrong. Quick to take my money but not give it back , over 2k! I’m having to beg for my own money back and I’m being passed from one person to another and always promised it will be done. I was quoted legally (by them) they need to refund within 28 working days and today is that and still nothing. No phone calls or emails and I’m having to chase it up. They binned my paperwork throughout my consultations, booked me in to the wrong clinic, wrong money , still never quoted the correct price. List goes on, avoid as if something goes wrong they’ll probably dissolve the company and trade under a new Ltd having no liability.

Comment to say email us? I’m already emailing and all I get it I’ll get someone from clinic to call. They never do. I was asked for my bank details last week- no payment. Told the refund was processed on the 11/11.
Complaint logged last Thursday to be told today by below email address that everyone in complaints is on holiday ?!? How can they all be on holiday when complaints should be responded to within an sla? Told that someone will call me AFTER Christmas ? All liars. Just don’t want the money coming out of the year end figures.

I had a positive experience with The Harley medical group. All the staff was very attentive throughout my journey and they’re always there for any questions/doubts.
I am very satisfied with the final results and I would recommend this clinic, in particular, doctor Samouris to anyone considering breast augmentation.
The only negative note was that (at least for my surgery) was a day case. I would have appreciated staying over after this invasive procedure. I am sure you can negotiate an overnight stay if you feel that would be better for you.

This review is only about the clinic not the Dr. I had in 2019 a breast lift and everything was going fine, until after 2 months I think, I noticed that I have lumps in by breast
I have gone to the clinic in Chelmsford and the nurse there she said that I need to see my Gp for that. I don't understand why the Gp when I should be seen by the doctor who done the surgery. Anyway now I have pain in my right breast and I need to see what is happening..
So I will do all the checks I need and if it is from the surgery and they didn't do anything about I will go further.
