Fast delivery but products leaked
I ordered some products from the online store. They arrived relatively quickly which was good.
Unfortunately I found when I opened the package that 2 of the 3 products had leaked. I guess there was no seal in the bottles which was disappointing.
The 2 products that leaked have product starting 1/8th down the bottle.
This is compared to the 1 product that didn't leak & had product up to the very brim.
Disappointing to have lost product considering the price.

We are sorry that you have experienced this. This is the first that we have heard from you about this. As stated on our website and package slip any problems/damage to please let us know and send us photos of the leakage in the packages, bottles etc and to keep bottles so we can lodge it with Australia Post. You still can do this, if you like.
We do thank you for letting us know, if you would like this rectified please email us with the photos and details of how the package arrived, if the bottles were damaged etc.
