One PIece clothes rod for our MBR closet update
I called to inquire about a one piece (non-expandable) clothes rod around 8' long. Laura (I think????) answered all my questions quickly and efficiently with a friendly demeanor. The prices are more than I want to pay, but not nearly as high as other sites I had visited, especially the shipping charge. Hardware Decor's shipping price was quite reasonable for a package almost 8' long, especially when compared to a couple of other sites I visited.
I made a mistake on my custom length in the order (didn't see the custom length link to put it in), so I put the info in the order comments section. I didn't see my custom length when I got the confirming email. So I called back and talked to Laura again. She pointed out where I made my mistake and corrected my error while we were talking. No muss, no fuss.
Finally, the order shipped the same day. I'm hoping it gets here by this weekend, so I can install it.
I'm very pleased with everything that has happened so far. Of course, the final item on the check list will be seeing how the bar fits in our newly updated MBR closet. I'm looking forward to this final piece of the update process being completed!
What's not to like? Good prices, reasonable shipping for an oversized package, and friendly, helpful customer service. That's 3 for 3!
I would do business with Hardware Decor again in a heartbeat!

We have an industry standard return policy, even Amazon who has their own shipping company charges for return shipping at times even after you pay their yearly membership fee.
