It’s been “different “….. the order process with Hardware Decor was perfect. Sadly, to save money, we selected the USPS shipping (the others were more than double the USPS price) and got caught in weather conditions, employee turnover and government bureaucracy that the postal service is notorious for. But this company did everything they could to update us and keep us in the loop. After 3 weeks, we are expected to receive the item today. Yay!

I had no idea how to order and if I was even order the right items for what I needed done! The woman who helped was amazing!! She was patient, knowledgeable and kind. I could not have ordered without her help, and I also had to call her several times. She truly deserves a medal for dealing with me. I can’t remember her name. With 100% honesty, my order for over $750.00 was never opened until yesterday at time of installation in a new house. I was shorted two brackets (ordered 12 and received 10). I asked for these brackets to be shipped at no charge to me, but received very awkward response with use of "Nope." They say since I checked the 7-day inspection box, I had no recourse. It is very sad and disheartening that this company cannot take customer problems on a case-by-case basis. Ordered over $750.00 in hardware, and two brackets at approximately $42.00 cannot be shipped at no charge since it was THEIR packaging/shipping error. Good product, but customer service is below standard.
