I was unsure about ordering with this company as I couldn’t see any reviews but I did and was extremely happy with the whole experience. I emailed with a query and got a response immediately. The item arrived on time, well packed and of good quality. I’m impressed and would buy from them again.

this new dog brush is much easier to use simply because it is wider than his old one. This one obviously is quicker, less strokes, better for him and me,
It is well made and blue, his other one was pink left from the last dog.
I would recommend this company for ease of purchase to delivery. A faultless system, thank you.

Top delivery of product and was kept informed

I bought a USB rechargeable fan advertised as Ice Cold. The parcel arrived quickly so there was no problem but the fan was poorly advertised… it does not blow out ice cold air and the battery was down to 75% after only 25 minutes on a low speed. I definitely wouldn’t recommend the fan and I think the company should be more honest in the advert wording.

They are not that thick a waste of money you can get the same on temu for a quarter of the price wouldnt buy again

It took too long to receive the item. Which has put me off from ordering the item again.

Mistakenly ordered 2 by mistake and customer service rectified this immediately for me.
Excellent grooming product too on my dog.

I like the colanders within the boxes, but the box lids seem quite flimsy and I am concerned that they will break easily.

Good product. Appears to work. Took so long to arrive that had to book dogs in at the groomer!

The brush doesnt cut the hair like on the instagram advert with the yellow lab, however it does get a good amount of hair out of my dog!

Although item was in good condition the packaging was bad, box was all bashed up.
Took a wee while to figure out how it worked a operating instructions were non existent.

Brilliant product.

I ordered a steam hairbursh. When it arrived , it had clearly been crushed because the box was squashed down one side. When I looked at brush there was a gap down one side of it. I tried to push the brush back together but it was bent out of place. It was for a birthday present and I did not want to give in this condition. I asked seller for details on how to return item. They replied saying it would cost me too much to return it so offered me a very small compensation. When I refused they said , sorry the best we can do is offer you 6 pounds. The brush cost me altogether with postage 29.

I was so disappointed that they didn't attempt to offer a fairer resolution. I cant use it due to cancer treatment and cant sell it on because of the damage so now I'm left with this brush.

So disappointed and would not recommend using this company. Their aftersales is shocking

Takes too long from order to delivery. I thought I was ordering the product from the uk not china
