Amazing customer service, quick delivery, and beautiful plant. I’ve bought from a lot of other plant shops before and often the plant will look great on the website but arrive damaged because it’s in poor soil, or it’s not been carefully packaged- but this arrived really carefully packaged, looking very healthy (with a free greetings card) and it’s still doing so well! There was a slight mixup with my decorative pot, but they were quick to send a new one with complimentary plant food too. Lovely plants, lovely business, highly recommend and will definitely be a returning customer.

I've ordered from happyhouseplants several times, and was happy each time.

The web site is clear, and they often have different plants on sale. All plants I ordered came packaged in recyclable material and were (and are still) healthy and looked good.

I’m honestly so grateful that this company exists. They’re a small business I love supporting, and every experience I’ve had with them has been impeccable. I’ve placed a couple of orders now (just over 10 plants in total), and every single one arrived in perfect condition, beautifully potted, well-packaged, healthy, and thriving.

The quality of the soil and the care that clearly goes into every order really shows. My plants have all settled in and grown so well, becoming such a joyful part of my home. I also absolutely love the variety they offer, from classic favourites to rare finds, and the fact that their larger plants are so accessible compared to other places.

Their “rescue packages” are another lovely touch. I’ve bought a few and been amazed at how well those plants have recovered. They’re now some of my healthiest!

Honestly, I was surprised to see any negative reviews because my experiences have been nothing but wonderful. This has become my favourite houseplant shop, and I genuinely find myself most evenings just browsing through their collection, planning what to add next.

So far can’t recommend highly enough. My large money tree arrived within a few days of ordering, carefully wrapped, obviously by hand.
And I loved the email that I received just before it arrived advising how to settle my plant into its new home.
And all at what I would say is a very fair price.
Please don’t stop doing what you do HH

I just moved back to the UK and needed houseplants! I had a huge collection before, but sadly unable to bring them with me. So searching the Interwebs I went :) Ordered from HH and I am SO happy with my new babies - they have a great selection, the prices are more than reasonable, and their packaging is incredible!

I went for a Ficus Belize. It’s absolute beautiful. So happy. Happy Houseplants are super helpful, knowledgable and can’t do enough with lots of helpful tips and advice. Fantastic customer service. I would 100% recommend!

Bought ~10 plants and they arrived healthy in very good, eco friendly packaging.

Customer service was also very responsive and sent out a replacement due to a delivery mishap!

My araucaria arrived one day after ordering, so well packed that the plant hadn't suffered in any way. A beautiful plant in really good condition, with careful instructions on how to maintain its quality. Thank you , the thoughtfulness is much appreciated.

The plants are so amazing, very healthy and really good sizes with loads of new growth. They are packaged very carefully and the customer service is next level, every question answered very quickly and loads of advice and after care given. I've ordered plants twice now and all five plants have been the same quality. Would highly recommend buying plants from here you won't be disappointed!

Made a big order for our office and the plants were hand delivered in perfect condition.
Plants actually looked better than the photos and was given an overview of care instructions for each plant.

I was a bit of a muppet and put the wrong postcode in for delivery, causing the couriers to return the order to Happy Houseplants. My plant arrived within two days of ordering, super fast delivery, well packaged considering the size of my Euphorbia Ingens. The mermaid vine and purple heart plants were well packaged, and the size and health were of a high quality.
The only let down was that the delivery person chose to leave the package some 100 metres away from the delivery address

I was completely at fault in making a bo bo with address and initial the plant went to wrong address after contacting happy houseplants the very kind compassionate lady replaced the plant and rederived to right address this was above and beyond my expectation what fab customer service will recommend and use again thank you

I make a lot of online orders for plans and having placed my first order with Happy Houseplants I was so happy with my delivery. Everything was carefully and beautifully packaged, the plants ate stunning and really well priced! You can tell a lot of care is taken with them.
