DO NOT TRUST THIS SCAM COMPANY! We paid over $400 for a stroller and car seat weeks ago that have yet to arrive. They have zero contact information to call & I have a feeling most of these reviews are fake that are giving 5 stars. Shipping is from overseas and a scam. I will be reporting them to the BBB for fraud.

Regarding the delays in shipping, all shipping details are clearly stated on our website and specifically in the shipping policy section. While this isn't an excuse for not meeting your expectations, it's often the reason for the extended timelines, especially for large items. We realize this situation is far from ideal and are working diligently to find better solutions to prevent such issues in the future. We are expanding our 2-day shipping beyond California in December.

high quality wooden play pen

the wooden playpen i ordered came in two separate large boxes. unfortunately, in one box, 3 wooden panels arrived damaged and broken. I emailed happy gira who promptly responded. they sent replacements free of charge. it was a nice surprise to find colorful plastic balls to fill up a small basket in the boxes. I took off one star because it took several weeks for the order to arrive as well as the replacements.

Happy Gira 2-In-1 Glider Chair

I bought the grey Happy Gira 2-In-1 High & Glider Chair as a baby shower present for my niece. Her father, sent video of it. It looks nice after it was assembled. I bought it after searching for a quality and safe glider high chair for my new godson when he is born in January. It looks comfortable yet sturdy and safe. The customer service is excellent. Matt from customer service kept me informed about order, shipment and delivery. Good customer care and communication.

We love our playpen and foam mat

We ordered the basic playpen and a foam mat in size 80 x 70. Ordering the products using the website was easy. We started to receive status updates quickly and our product came within 20 business days. We live in North Carolina. Once received, we unpacked everything and found it super intuitive and easy to put together, even without instructions. The size is perfect for us but the foam mat being the exact same size as the playpen cause the mat to bow just a little bit. We should’ve anticipated this but really needed the foam protection for our little one given the floors. Quick easy solution was just to put it under the playpen, which has worked perfectly for us. It is thick enough that it does provide protection and does have a cute design on it. Also, our zipper was not functioning well and Happy Gira has responded quickly and remediated the issue for us! Amazing customer service. Overall great product for the money!

Great Portable Playpen

The portable playpen and mat are great quality products. The playpen is super quick to set up and take down. It took a while to receive due to customs hold ups, but customer service was easy to reach and fast to respond via email. Spent a while looking for the right playpen with quality materials and easy assembly -- very satisfied with Happy Gira.

Prompt and Reassuring Support

I had placed an order with HappyGira (order number HG30143780) and was curious about the shipping status. I reached out to their customer support to get an update, and not only did I receive a prompt response, but Matt’s email was also incredibly reassuring and detailed. In his response, Matt informed me that my package had just completed the international leg of its transit and was currently undergoing customs clearance. He provided a clear timeline, indicating that once the customs process was finalized, UPS would take over the continued shipment. Matt anticipated that the delivery would take place by the following week.

Instant Comfort and Convenience for Baby

I received it with no strange smell, and installation was super easy and quick. Before buying it, I was worried that my baby might not like to sit in it, but once it arrived, my baby absolutely loved it. No more crying or fussing; in fact, every time my baby sits in it, they fall asleep almost immediately. Taking my baby out now is a breeze, and it frees up my hands! Most importantly, my baby feels comfortable and safe in it!

Defective product of the lowest quality

We ordered a playpen and it took almost a month to get to us. When it arrived, the product was defective and unusable for the purposes advertised: the materials didn’t quite fit together, causing a tear in the fabric when putting parts together because the fabric material was too taut; the zipper of the entrance is broken so the pen would not close (making it useless to us); some of the parts didn’t fit together and broke apart when we tried to make it work; and various other issues. We have been corresponding with the company for months but they have refused to cover the cost of a shipping return to Singapore or issue us a refund. We feel defrauded.

Due to the nature of shipping directly from one of our three global warehouses, delivery times can sometimes be longer than anticipated, especially with oversized packages like the playpen. Our aim is to have all shipping times clearly presented on shipping policy on our website, and we are actively working on improving delivery times and expanding our 2-day shipping options beyond certain products in California. Expect an announcement from us in December this year.

Regarding the defective product and the difficulties with our customer support team, I truly apologize. Happy Gira is a Chinese scam site

Happy Gira is a scam site! Look up the complaints on BBB about the website.

I did some research and HappyGira is owned by "Paw Group Inc" which seems to be a Chinese company. HappyGira does not have a phone number. All communication with their customer service was via email, which should be a red flag already.

If you have had a bad experience with Happy Gira as well, I suggest reporting them to the relevant Attorney General's office. If there are enough complaints maybe the government can take action. If you can afford it consider opening a case against them in small claims court.

I paid and ordered months ago. They couldn’t ship my baby’s play pen.

Months later they send a box with a few sticks - no packaging, not pink, legit a few sticks

After months of emailing me and my demands for a refund - they send me a second box! Not what I want.

Refund me!!!

I’m adding this second part to my review in response to your disingenuous reply. We have already exchanged dozens of emails over the last several months. Make this right? Refund me. You have my order number. It was supposed to be pink. You have the photos. You sent a few wood pegs in a box. I’m not opening the second box because I told you not to send another and refund me!!!!

BBB rated “F” - Fake reviews - No return policy - Cheap products

We ordered a double stroller from this company. Item was significantly larger than website description. Shipment took more than 6 weeks to arrive from Singapore even though initially it was expected much sooner from within the USA. There is no return policy. They will only refund if item does not arrive or is missing critical components. Item also was very expensive but felt cheap in material. The double stroller was so large it could not be used by one parent in a public area. The connectors between the two strollers added an additional 9 inches in width.
In our situation, my daughter unfortunately lost her twins at week 28. This company would not allow for a refund even though the item was not used. I had to ask for my bank’s fraud dept for help. When I placed my order and then came to trust pilot, they had a 1 star review and I tried to cancel immediately. (I bought off their baby registry). Within one month hundreds of glowing reviews were on this site. I’m so glad I took screenshots from June to August 2024. These 5 star reviews are fake. Not sure why people would do that. I think TikTok has something to do with it as my daughter told me that’s where they found out about the stroller and company. Also look to the Better Business Bureau’s website. This company is rated “F” and is not accredited by the BBB.

Extremely Disappointed

Extremely Disappointed – Never Received My Order

I am beyond frustrated with this company. I ordered a playpen for my baby over a month ago, and not only has it still not arrived, but I’ve received no communication or updates whatsoever. After multiple attempts to contact customer service, I’ve gotten nothing but vague responses or complete silence.

This is a crucial item for my child, and it’s unacceptable that I’ve been left in the dark for so long. I trusted this company to deliver, and they’ve completely failed. I will never order from here again, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this company at all costs if you value timely service and transparency.

Extremely disappointed!

playpen took 22 days to arrive

playpen took 22 days to arrive; it came severely damaged - all the large tubes were bent. I contacted customer support and included pictures. They asked for a video, and I provided one. I never heard from them again. Save your time and money and just buy one on Amazon that will arrive fast, and can be easily returned.

Easy Assembly and Accurate Description Playpen

It's super easy to figure out how to assemble. The included mat is slightly bigger than the actual playpen bottom, so there may be some overlap. But I'm not complaining because the mat is provided together with the playpen. Everything is exactly as described.
