Total scam website. Ordered 2 happy nappers at the end of Feb. Yesterday 2 Lego figures turned up in the post. No contact details on website. We have spoken to the bank and they are investigating it as fraud. Avoid at all costs.

My mother in law ordered my son a Happy Napper from this website about a month ago. Yesterday a random Lego/Duplo figure arrived from China.... turns out my MIL has been conned, the website is fake and the Lego/Duplo figure is meant to be a Happy Napper. Do not order anything from this website, it needs to be shut down before anyone else can fall victim to them.

Oh darn it! So wished I’d read these first, but was so excited to order one for my daughters birthday. Absolutely gutted that I’ve been scammed, no response to e-mails, just hope I can get my money back through credit card company. Why is this ‘company’ allowed to keep advertising???? 😣

Like others ordered a large happy napper for £60 at the end of February. After receiving tracking information over the last 10 days we have just received a small Lego Duplo figure. One very disappointed 7 year old. Contacting bank for a refund and reported to trading standards.

Just got my duplo doll after my daughter waited ages for her happy napper to turn up can’t believe after all this time the site is still taking order and Trustpilot diverts you to them on there website very low breaking child’s hearts hope these scumbags get what they deserve

Just come across this site....ohhhhh crap. I have fallen to this scam also. My package has not been delivered yet but its coming from china. Gutted. I have to wait and see what I get before the Bank will do anything.

Scam avoid avoid avoid..... website looks genuine, ordered large size £59.99, early March, tracking from China which i though odd ..... today received a plastic duplo figure!!! So angry. Will contact bank and see what they can do, if anything!!

Order not despatched. No response to emails over a 4 week period. Scam site.

I have read all the reviews on this scam site and it's so unfair that nothing has been done to shut them down, I received the same as many others, a stupid little lego type figure for my £39.99. I am now going to contact the office of fair trade or whoever operates in that capacity to find out what can legally be done to shut this site and reprimand the London company that front them out

We ordered and similar to below have been sent 2 duplo Lego figures through Hermes. Bank reluctant to refund due to the website looking so legitimate but will share the reviews from here given people have had the same experience!

Update - 2 Lego characters arrived. Bank refunded immediately. This is clearly to get around the fact they can say a delivery was sent. Scammers and scum of the earth.

Definitely been scammed by them sent payment of £120 for 2 x Happy Nappers And 4 weeks later received 2 small lego figures. Hoping credit card can reimburse me

Scam website, contacted their email no response, got a tracking notification coming from China and received the package today and its a small lego character. Contacted the bank

Do not order from happy nappers uk. I ordered my daughters happy napper 3 weeks ago, have emailed them 4 times times and have had no response. I cannot locate a phone number for them. This is clearly a scam. I will be contacting my bank to see what they can do.
Quite frankly I couldn’t care less about the money, it’s the devastated 6 year old I’m most concerned about. Do not order from here.

Update.. also got my lego figure yesterday. Thankfully my bank refunded me. AVOID..

Ordered on 13th February. Item has not been received. Have sent emails and not had any response. Tracking is showing it has been shipped since 27th February.
Since this is the top Ad in google when you search and also based on London wrongly assumed it would be a safe website.
Now trying to claim money bank through my bank.
Avoid as appears to be a Scam.

I placed an order on the happy nappers website on 25th of February 2021, still no delivery, I have emailed the company twice and no response, with the company having an office in the UK and seeing them being sold in Argos I thought it was legitimate however I am having serious doubts now, I couldn't order from Argos as they have sold out unfortunately, I will contact the bank and see if I can get a refund tomorrow

Where is my order? Ordered 14/02/2021 today it’s 05/03/2021... No emails back, a tracking number for 6 days but the delivery company doesn’t have the item to deliver. Will contact bank for refund
