I like the other reviews ordered a shark happy Napper. On checking tracking info it said parcel had been delivered which it hadn’t! Tried to contact them but no reply! I also received a duplo figure in the post but had no idea where it came from but now makes sense!! I paid on my debit card so contacted my bank who are raising with visa as fraud. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I also purchased a happy napper sleeping bag 3 weeks ago sent endless emails but no reply

My dad ordered one for my daughter for her birthday. Money taken out of the account on the 10th and no confirmation email. The site looks so genuine, I’m actually appalled by it. I too also received a Duplo figure in the post and was confused by it but seeing this now makes sense I’m absolutely furious.

No item arrived. No response at all from the company. Good job I paid with a credit card. Dont waste your own time

This is a total scam. Paid £120 for 2 happy nappers and what I got in the post I wouldn’t pay a fiver for! Total rip off. Seem to be a UK company but they are based in China and do not reply to emails. I am trying to get my money back another way. Do not buy. Their website even says top rated on trust pilot!!!! Wish I had been more thorough

Total scumbags! Ordered cat happy napper on 15th February and yesterday received a stupid lego figure. Why hasn't this site been closed down?

Absolute scam. Just like everyone else ordered a Happy Napper sleeping bag, received a duplo figure. Avoid at all costs.

Hi all, I had paid on my debit card. Because I received the Duplo man it's classed as goods. I did pay special delivery to return and it came back this morning as refused. I explained the whole situation to Barclays, because I had returned they were able to do the dispute. Even though it's a scam, goods have been sent. Return the toys and the bank will get your money back. They also said, the more people that report to the banks. The easier it is for VISA to flag as a fraud.

... The penny drops ! The other day I received a random parcel with a random Lego figure inside. My husband laughed and said what on earth have you ordered that for? I been wrecking my brain thinking Why and When would I order that! .... Until I read these reviews ... the penny has dropped !
Like others I ordered a Happy Napper on 12th Feb. I have sent numerous emails nothing back! I have received nothing. I too like others paid £39.99 for a Dragon. It’s a scam ! Nothing received other than this random Lego figure.
Only good is that I paid with Apple Pay and I know they take matters like this !!!!

Same as others, I ordered a sleeping bag at £39,99 and was also sent a mystery Duplo figure.

Tracking information suggested my parcel was delivered at 12:49 in the morning, and I've had no replies to my emails.

Avoid this company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE ... I ordered on the 22nd of February and still nothing ... I’ve tried to contact them several times as the tracking number they gave me shows it has been delivered but I did not receive it!!!

What an absolute joke this company is! My little boy seen them on the TV advert and asked for one for his birthday, never received but we got a lego figurine instead worth about 10p. Total scam!!!

Like many others here, I ordered two Happy Nappers for my grandchildren. I assumed it was a UK company from the name, the address and the statement that if you are not in the UK they can despatch worldwide. The
£120 went straight out of my account and I am now in the process of getting it back from my credit card provider. Three weeks after they acknowledged my order, I too received two cheap plastic figures shipped from China instead of the sleeping bags.
I am furious that I bought in good faith and they have abused my trust. They don't answer emails and there is no phone number. Beware!

Same as everyone else - ordered 3 Happy Nappers at beginning of March, got a confirmation email. But then nothing, no reply to emails, and tracking said my order had been delivered. Only when I checked again today online everyone said about the lego figures - I received 3 last week but didn't know they were anything to do with this. Total SCAM - AVOID!

**SCAM** I like many others on this page got scammed. Website looked legit (I work in Tech!) My nieces 6 year old birthday present... a lego figurine for £39.99. Worst experience possible. How is this site still online? Scum.

I've fallen victim too. I've let my bank know who have advised I send the item back with proof so they can action as fraud. The fact I've received something means it will take longer to claim for money spent. I let Google know Sunday evening. Its now Tuesday and ridiculously the site is still up and running! Phoned high street TV to let them know and apparently police are involved. So upset and can't believe they are still able to trade so others get caught out.

I’ve been a victim of this website too. Received my figure in the post yesterday. I have logged a complaint with Action Fraud and suggest anyone else who has been caught out does the same.
I have also reported the Ad to Google as it’s the first thing at the top of the page now if you search for the product.

So I've received today my lego figure. As I've seen on other reviews. This is disgusting and not acceptable. 60 pounds is a lot of money. Do not order off this site. Crooks. Lesson to be learnt always check on here before ordering.
