Horrible service and quality
I put my dog down in October, so this is the first Christmas without her in 15 years. I wanted a sweater that reminded me of her. I paid the express shipping fee, which said it would arrive by Christmas. I barely received it on January 2nd and it was not a size small. It was 3 sizes too big. When I asked to be refunded the express shipping cost, I was told "if we refund too much we won't make money on the sale". Horrible quality and horrible customer service.
I emailed them after they responded to this review and I haven't received a response. What a joke.

THIS I A SCAM
This company is a scam. I wish I could give it 0 stars. They should be reported to BBB. When seeing the items online it is a false advertisement. They should have reviews on their page. I wish I would have done more research on the Company before ordering. I would have NEVER brought from this so-called company. Also, another confusion is why I can not return or get a refund for the product that I do not like. . BE AWARE of these scammers.

I still have not received my order I have been corresponding with someone the 1st order I was advised the system created an error so therefore the orderiginal place I placed a second order there was no system isso I'm still waiting on my order and my refund on my 1st order which was completed the rupay pal For 4 payments

HORRIBLE customer service!! I ordered two t-shirts both size large and I received both of them in size XL. We cannot wear these and requested a return shipping label so I can return these for a refund.
I am told this company does not have the capability !!!!!!
