Easy order nothing difficult in reference to order

Don't waste your time. Total scam. Ordered a t shirt. Item arrived looking nothing like the thing I ordered. Contacted customer service and they responded within 24 hours to say if I paid another 25 dollars they would send me what I actually ordered.
Wonder if anyone falls for this crap .
Once I refused to pay any more money they have not responded to any of my subsequent emails requesting a return and refund.

I bought my item on July 04 and today is 7/25/26 but unfortunately I didn’t receive my item and even worst I can track my order. I’m very disappointed and frustrated. Who can help me to get my item or to get my money back?

The shoes are not hey dude shoes.
When I bought these the picture clearly has “hey dude “ on the shoe.
The description also had it.
I have pictures.

I was offered 20% back.

I can’t wear the shoes they sent because they don’t fit like hey dudes. I need a 12 in hey dudes.
But the shoes they sent are too big.

I have asked for a new pair size 11.5

Since I ordered, I have received little information regarding what is going on with my order or when it will be shipped or delivered. It has been more than a week. The company did send this email requesting my experience which I believe is not good fo far.

Item not as indicated the mug does not have raised letters as pictured very low quality not even a real yeti mug

I ordered a 3D Jack Daniel's glass and received a cheap glass with a sticker. I then paid around €40 for it. I'm curious to see how the return process goes!

This company is a scam I found 3 different websites with the same information. Same fake mailing address (if you Google earth the address its a picture of a cout house).
The phone number is disconnected or never existed and its an Arizona area code and the address is Pennsylvania. Never ever buy from Haotees, Nepa custom designs and thwre is a third one I lost the name. The only line of communication is an AI robot responding emails for them.

My girlfriend put mens 10 on the customisation and it gave us women's 10 instead and we couldn't even change it before it shipped

Longer shipping than expected. Rugs are actually more like bath mats type of material and feeling. Not necessarily living room rugs. The color and design look good, though

I ordered the Hey Dude style shoes with my university logo. I received shoes with the wrong university on them, and the logo look terribly printed anyway. The materials of the shoe felt very cheap and almost like plastic, they were not comfortable. I still wanted to show my fandom so I emailed the company for the right shoes. After a couple of delaying responses, I never heard back, never received my order.

Delivery time took awhile. Also, the material on the pictures to what was received are not the same. Picture shows a cotton hoodie

When I reached out to inquire about package, they said it still needed to be produced (4 weeks after the order) despite website saying there were multiple in stock. When I asked to cancel and refund, they finally sent a tracking number. 2 weeks after shipping, I asked about location of the package and the response I got was, "Yesssssssssssss". Shop USA or buy from legitimate/reputable company.
