Took my money, did not supply the item ordered and do not respond to emails. A bunch of thieves who should be prevented from taking peoples money.

So disappointed. I was gifted the Hangsun Rabbit - Toy for baby sleeping ST100. It doesn't play Mother's womb noises. Instead, two of the settings play white noise. I emailed Hangsun directly, as it was a gift and therefore I don't have a receipt. They have totally ignored me. Awful customer service. AVOID.

Disgusting customer service. Complained about a Hangsun Wireless Oral Irrigator HOC430 that stopped working within the warranty period last week via their website. Heard nothing at all from them after that. I sent a SECOND message to them and am STILL waiting a reply. Clearly being ignored which appears consistent with the comments about them on Facebook as well as Trustpilot. AVOID them.

Had to return a Hangsun water flosser to their London address. The charger burned out after 11 months.
They were responsive all be it a little slowly with their email replies.
Unfortunately the tracked, signed for return package never reached them
They did however own the problem and sent a replacement for just the cost of the postage.
Would buy from them again.

I ordered Phillips HQ 8 blades from Hangsun, next day had an email from them delivery pending . I then received an email confirmation dispatch fromV-BASKET fulfilled by Amazon???
Checked my Amazon account no order, Amazon checked as well. Emailed V-Basket with this info. they said must be an ebay order, checked no order, they then said must be on their website, googled and got only one viable hit V-Basket at Amazon.
Told them if they did not reply with an explanation I would dispose of the item. The aswer was we are sister companys, V-Basket fulfils for Hansgun, but they then get Amazon to fulfil for them so the article comes in Amazon packaging. ARE YOU CONFUSED IT TOOK ME DAYS TO FIND ALL THIS OUT I THOUGHT AT FIRST MY ACCOUNT HAD BEEN HACKED.
To cap it all the HQ8 heads were not as shown nor described they were marked as Norelco the cheaper USA BLADES with only 1 year life not EU 2 year.
Asked for a refund on my Hangsun account, next day posted as pending but despite repeated emails cannot get a RETURN ADDRESS from them nor from V-Basket, I could send it back to Amazon at Dunfermline as the packaging informs me BUT I DO NOT HAVE AN AMAZON ORDER.

Below is a copy of my last email to Hangsun (copied to V-Basket, so far no reply from Hangsun

"Why have you have repeatedly ignored my requests for your return address?

I have placed this in the hands of Paypal.

If you send me a pre stamped return packaging I will then return your item, otherwise I will keep it for a reasonable time then dispose of it.

If on the other hand you ignore this, as you have done so far to all my communications, I will dispose of the item on Monday 3/08/15"

Got an htc for Christmas, product came with 2 yr warranty. Ha... It developed a bios issue less than a month later. There tel no has been disconnected so I emailed them. Surprise they emailed back and suggested that I get it repaired at a phone shop and the would reimburse me.phone cannot be fixed so I informed them that the root bios was faulty. They responded saying it's not there fault, and I should contact manufacturers.this phone is not uk but Taiwan ,even though it is advertised as uk,so no backup from htc.trust me it is not worth the hassle.all people who say they good, are kidding themselves, they were lucky to not have a fault with their goods, cause that is when the fun begins

I was rather sceptical before ordering as I had read a few bad reviews. But the item said it was in stock, in Wigan and that next day delivery was available. I messaged them at about 10am via the contact us section to check if that was accurate and they messaged back within 5 minutes to say yes, if you order now you will receive tomorrow.
I ordered about an hour later and emailed the same guy but I think I had missed the deadline, his email came through to me stamped as 17:55 so I assume that's Hong Kong time.
He message me at 7am on Tuesday to say it will be processed today and I'll get it tomorrow. Sure enough, later that day at around 3pm I received a DPD tracking link which worked fine. The next morning (Wednesday) at 9am I received the camera. It even comes with the UK plug.
I haven't full tested it yet but all good so far.

I purchased the Samsung galaxy s5. purchased it via them direct but came in an amazon packaging. I asked them if it was a UK model before I bought it and they confirmed it was BUT when I got it, it wasn't. I discovered this when the phone developed issues and took it to a Samsung repair centre. they said no one in the UK would touch it as it was a Hong Kong model. turns out even though I had the 2 year warranty I couldn't actually use it. they encouraged me to get it fixed my self - if I did this I invalidate the warranty. or send it to Hong Kong which would cost me more money.
Even though they have admitted in writing that they mis-sold the product to me, they have refused to refund my money if I send the phone back
I wont touch them with a barge pole in the future

Cheapest I could find the headphones anywhere. Very quick delivery, would use again.

Product arrived fast and well packaged. No issues.

Purchased a Sony SEL20F28 lens. Website showed as 'in stock, ships within 24hrs'. Two weeks later no lens, enquired and was informed nil stock! trying to get from suppliers, could I wait another 7-9 days.

During this period website still showed 'in stock, ships within 24hrs'.

I then had an e-mail from an amazon marketplace seller to say the lens had been despatched, Hangsun had obviously placed an order with them to fulfil mine.

The lens turned up, without lens hood,not in sealed Sony packaging, no Sony paperwork/guide/guarantee etc. Just in some bubble wrap & enclosed in a plain white box. My suspicions are that this second retailer had stripped it from a camera + lens bundle deal, to sell them off individually.

This is one retailer I'll never touch again.

What a cracking set of in ear headphones these bad boys have turned out to be! SoundMAGIC E10 really do sound magic - in fact you'd think they cost 4 times what they do, they certainly put a lot of big named over priced headphones to shame........Brilliant product, buy and you will not regret it !

Hangsun are quite happy to take your cash, however, when it comes to dealing with a problem, forget it! Totally unreachable! Telephone numbers consistently ring out and remain unanswered or the mail box is too full for you to leave any further messages. The way these guys do business is shocking and I'm not surprised their mailbox is full. Tried emailing, but that was also a waste of time. So furious!!!! Get your act together and deal with your complaints properly!!! Will not be buying from these rogues again!
