Everything was fine for 3 weeks, tried to login today. Email changed. Never had to change it to my own since it was registered on theirs. Expecting it to be a fine business this shouldn't happen.

For some reason did i not recieve an email automatically as it was supposed to. So i had to contact the support. After around 48 hours did i finally get my account. The support was good once i spoke to them so i’m not gonna judge them here. However they are a trusted website, but there might be a problem with the system that is supposed to send the information to your email. Could be a bug or an email issue depending on what email you use (Outlook etc). The wait time was okay for me but some people might expect faster than 48 hours. The only thing that bothered me was not having the knowledge of knowing if they are gonna give you the account you paid for or not, this is what made me a bit scared. If i would’ve recieved this confirmation mail normally all would be great.

I was a little skeptical about using this website, and am now a little disappointed that I did. I payed for an account, and then was told by the website that details for the account had been delivered. I checked my email, (before you ask, I have checked my junk/spam multiple times as well), but nothing is there, all I received was a payment confirmation from Skrill. I do not know how long it will take for customer service to get back to me, but I am hoping this might get someone's attention as well. In essence, do not buy anything from this website unless you are looking to give away free money.

Update: Customer service got back to me and they have sent me the email which originally was not delivered, all within an hour of me reporting the issue.

Update 2: Bought another account and have had the same issue, now customer service is taking a bit longer to get back to me. Seems like the whole "instant delivery" is very inconsistent, and I don't like having to be so reliant on their customer support system in order to be sure I get what I payed for.

Overall, I think I simply may have caught them at a bad time with my orders, but nonetheless their support is very friendly and also helpful.

Bought a pre-leveled account and got the charge, with no follow up email or anything of the sort but the support was quick to respond to my emails, they tracked down the purchase and resent the email directly containing the account info. Very quick and nice accounts :)

Bought an account and began to lvl it up. at around gold 1 the person who originally made the account stole it back by using their original email to recover it. while I was very upset about this a handleveled agent got back with me swiftly and gave me a new unranked lvl 30 account and assured that the account would not face the same problems.
